When I was a kid, I used to think the first boss' two forms were actually separate bosses in different stages (one with his tail, the other without) lol. Probably because I didn't see my brother get knocked out of the boss room.

Had those cool genesis sounds that worked well for it. Frame rate or whatever sucked. First level was the best one. Liked the little minigames.

Eh. Had it's moments. But Sonic moves sluggish when he's not a pinball.

I could get to the last level, but never beat the game. It was by far my most played Genesis game, slightly more than Sid Meier's Pirates.
