An FBI Agent at a BAR in Colorado was seen dancing in the middle of a crowd before doing BACKFLIPS..but suddenly his gun falls off his waist and as he goes to pick it up, it SHOOTS into the crowd and hits a man's leg!!

It happened at 12:45am as paramedics were called to the scene and escorted the man to the hospital who had a bullet wound to his leg as doctors said he will be fine.

Video ofthe incident was captured by eyewitnesses and later uploaded to the internet as the clips showing the FBI agent BUSTING A MOVE at Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar...about 10 seconds into the film, he was seen doing a backflip of which his gun falls out of his back of his waistband

When he goes to retrieve it, the gun goes off leaving onlockers shocked and mortified

The off-duty agent was at a night cllub when his firearm became dislodged from his waistband holster and fell onto the floor

The agent was then seen nonchalantly walking off the dance floor appearing NOT to be concerned that his weapon was just discharged

Julie, who took the video said she couldn't believe what she just witnessed and said everyone was shocked at what happened because the agent put his gun away and walked off like nothing happened

He was taken to Denver Police HQ and was released to an FBI supervisor as the DA will review the case and determine if charges will be brought upon him

An 18 y/o White Kid posted a racist Snapchat post about her intentionally ran over and KILLED 31 y/o Sherell L. Lewis Jr on US 171 on Tuesday afternoon in Louisiana!!

Sherell was stopped on the road with his vehicle near Pickering to remove debris when he was struck by a 2003 Chevrolet Pickup truck.

He was pronounced dead at the scene as Sgt James Anderson said "What it appears to be at this point is that this man was trying to do a good deed. There was debris in the roadway and he didn't want any other motorists to strike it. So he gets out of his vehicle to remove debris, and he is struck while this is happening"

The Kid was found to have been wearing his seat belt and a toxicology report is pending but snapchat messages following the murder was found between him and another person that shows the red truck that hit Lewis with the caption "Y'all i just hit a whole guy on the highway" along with 3 sob emojis.

In another post he described the vicitm as "some n-word" before he continues talking about the DAMAGE done to his car as he claimed to have felt sorry for the family but is more WORRIED ABOUT HIS CAR!!

Lake Charles NAACP President Rev. J.LFranklin said "it's horrendous. Our prays are with the family, no doubt about it. But what is most devastating is the aftermath of that. The posts".

Numberous calls were sent into the police but said that whiley they were "morally and socially unacceptable", the post DIDN'T violate CRIMINAL LAW!!

Sherell's sister, Shotoya said that her brother always had a smile and positive attitude in life and will remember the memories they've had together

20 y/o Emily Weinman from New Jersey has DENIED spitting on Police Officers after she was seen being PUNCHED repeatedly after they tried to restrain her!!

Mayor Ernie Troiano however has DEFENDED the officers and said that SHE was the aggressor and that "women can be harder to take control into custody than men"!!

He said "I worked as a doorman, a bouncer. They can be hard to control. They're kicking, they don't care. Everybody's trying to paint this young lady as an upstanding model citizen. She's on probation for 4 years. She chose to attack the officer, spit on the officer. Look i don't care who you are and what you are, the worst people to try to subdue are WOMEN. We're not dealing with an angel here, she chose to take on the police. The police did their job"..

Emily said that she was spitting sand out of her mouth after they dug her head into the sand.

She now faces 2 counts of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The officer who punched her however is reassigned to admin duty during the investigation.

The video showed her being subdued while an officer punching her head twice with a closed fist and yelling "stop resisting" while she said "I'm not resisting. I didn't do anything wrong"

She went to the beach with her family and a friend as a baby was heard screaming..which is her 18 MONTH OLD CHILD!!

She said it started when the cops approached her on her 4 wheeler and asked for their ages because they had alcohol of which wasn't hers but since it was memorial day weekend, 90% of the people there drinking were underage.

The officers then said they were going to arrest her as she backed up and yelled for her boyfriend. She then tripped and fell and the cop TACKLES her to the ground and smashed her head into the sand and started punching her.

She did a breathalyzer earlier and it came back negative but she believes the officers were trying to "stir the pot" just to arrest someone.

Her attorney has called it appalling and irresponsible for the officers to make that arrest and to punch her as she plans to counter sue.

A Georgia Jury has awarded an eye popping 1 BILLION verdict against a security company because of an employee of theirs was convicted of raping a 14 y/o girl!!

The guard, identified as Brandon Lamar Zachary was convicted of stat rape and is serving a 20 year prison sentence

The mother, Renatta Cheston Thornton filed the lawsuit on behalf of her daughter as the jury handed down the verdict against Crime Prevention Agency.

Zachary was 22 at the time as she said he should have never been hired because he wasn't licensed to be an armed guard

The judge already determined the company was liable so the jury determined the damages..which they came up with the 1 billion figure!!

One of the Teen Girls, 15 y/o Shana Fisher, who was killed in the Texas Shooting in Santa Fe had recently REJECTED and PUBLICLY HUMILIATED the fat shooter, 17 y/o Dimitios Pagourtzis!!

She was going to turn 16 in just days but died in the attack and had been fending off advances from Dimitrios for MONTHS according to her mother, Sadie Rodriguez.

She said "He continued to get more aggressive. She finally stood up to him and embarrassed him"

It is the first indication of a motive that left 10 people dead at the Santa Fe High school as it's a theory police have yet to confirm.

One of the Teen Girls, 15 y/o Shana Fisher, who was killed in the Texas Shooting in Santa Fe had recently REJECTED and PUBLICLY HUMILIATED the fat shooter, 17 y/o Dimitios Pagourtzis!!

She was going to turn 16 in just days but died in the attack and had been fending off advances from Dimitrios for MONTHS according to her mother, Sadie Rodriguez.

She said "He continued to get more aggressive. She finally stood up to him and embarrassed him"

It is the first indication of a motive that left 10 people dead at the Santa Fe High school as it's a theory police have yet to confirm.

Family members have called Dimitrios as "sweet" and "quiet" who got more aggressive with Shana until she finally publicly rejected him in class as the romantic rejection took place a week before the attack.

Nicholas Poehl, who is the lawyer for the family said he hasn't heard of any such accusation and couldn't comment

He has confessed to the shooting after he burst into an Art room where Shana was in and yelled "SURPRISE!" where he used a Shotgun and Revolver and an AR-15 style gun. He finally gave up after telling the students "You're going to pay" before he crumbled to the ground and surrendered to police. He left students he liked "alive" so he could have his "story told" on why he did it

A junior said he had the guns hidden under his trench coat which he wore everyday that had nazi and communist memorabilia..

Breanna Quintanilla who was in the art class said he told them "If you all move, i'm going to shoot you all". He pointed a gun at one person and said "I'm going to kill you" and then fired. She ran to the back door and he started aiming at her and fired but missed as she got away but was hit in the right leg from a ricocheted bullet.

He taunted the art students as Deedra Van Ness said her daughter, Isabelle hid under the desk and said he would re enter the room and yelled "Are you dead" and then fired more shots. She survived by laying motionless

He reportedly got the guns from his gun loving father who is a stringent Conservative as he voiced support for Dana Loesch and Fox News

He is now charged with capital murder and could face the death penalty

52 y/o Mother of 2, Tracy Garcia was brutally attacked by 7 flea-infested dachshunds and MAULED to death!!

The dogs belonged to her neighbor in Oklahoma as Cops said they SHOT and killed one of the "beasts" when it charged at them despite wewaring just 40 pounds and not taller than knee-height!!

6 of the dogs was mixed with a terrier but one, the biggest and oldest is a part-border collie

Amanda Dinwiddie, a euthanasia technician said the "predominant breed" in the dogs was a "standard dachshund"...

She said "They have really noticable characteristics like their knobby legs, knees, very short-legged dogs and their coats"

3 were female and 4 were males

Pictures of the animals show that their legs were no taller than a human hand as they were 1-3 years old but they were covered with fleas and ticks and living "out in the woods"

They were not tested for rabies because the doctor said there was no reason to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on.

Tracy was treated at the scene and taken to hospital but later died. No arrests were made as police are still investigating.

12 y/o Nora Nissenbaum from Philadelphia received disturbing text from a classmate who threatened to SHOOT UP the school and to KILL HER because she was JEWISH..and now that boy is allowed BACK into the classroom despite being charged!!

When Nora told a boy she wasn't interested in him anymore, he started texting her images of Adolf Hitler and insults such as "Dirty ***"

Her parents contacted the middle school and soon after word spread on the boy threatenening to take a gun to class to target 33 people, specifically Nora, a week later, the boy was BACK IN CLASS despite facing criminal charges in Juvenile Court.

Nora says they cross each other in the hallway everyday and said "Knowing that he wants to hurt me scares me a lot"..she is now finishing the school year at home as she does not feel safe there

At first, she and the boy liked each other and she thought he was "cute" but when she heard he was a huge jerk after he bullied her friends at a dance, that bothered her and she said she no longer liked the boy.

Then came the texts of horrific jewish jokes and memes involving concentration camps.

The boy was not in school for 5 days after they assumed he was suspended but then he finally returned without notice from them. He also said that he was going to bring a gun to school and shoot up his classmates for what they did!

Principal Andy Phillips assured parents who were concerned about the boy that their kids are safe but Drew Holzapfel, who was another parent of a child said the principal quickly ignored their concerns and went on with other matteres such as lice.

The boy was examined psychologically and decided he was NOT CRAZY and could return to school. His locker was moved farther away from hers and his schedule was changed so he could no longer have classes with Nora.

But Nora said it made her jittery as she always looked in her locker mirror if he was there and despite a court of protection against the boy, she didn't want to be there anymore as she got PTSD from this ordeal....

4 former Connecticut High School students have admitted to giving their classmates SEMEN mixed into cupcakes that they gave to peers last year and have now been charged!!

2 guys used their semen to give to 2 girls to bake cucpakes and mixed it in with them to give to their fellow graduating classmates and are now charged with 4th degree sexual assault ad second degree breach of peace that happened at Gilbert School....

They baked 24 of these cakes and handed them out to seniors before classes and turned themselves in after warrants were out for their arrest

A photo of one of these tainted cupcakes was posted online as police said the cupcakes were not "toxic" as no one fell ill but some students cried uncontrollably after finding out that these tasty cakes were nasty cakes!!

That included now 18 y/o Lena Teixeria who ate one of these gross cakes who cried uncontrollably after hearing the news and said "We all thought it was just a nice gestures...i feel violated. I almost feel like they took something away from me and i don't know what i did for them to have done that. We don't undersand why they had to do something like this. There were 2 weeks until graduation."

One girl who ate one and didn't want to be named said she wanted to KILL the teens who did this to her as she was overcome with emotion upon the news..

It was made for the class of 2017 with the 17 written on top of it and a cake was taken to testing to a lab after one student who ate it said it did not taste right

Principal Alan Strauss said if these allegations are true then they condemn this behaviour and will take appropriate action to protect their students as they are warning kids not to accept food from people they don't know after this incident
