UFC Jerk, and former Army Special Forces veteran Tim Kennedy claims that Waterboarding is NOT torture as he waterboards HIMSELF in an attempt to disprove liberals that it is "torturous"!!

He released a video of himself lying on a table with a cloth over his face and no restraints in a backyard with water being poured on his face. The stunt was recorded on his phone while a man holds a hose from a height and poured on his face

He said "We did this yesteray for almost 45 minutes" and said that the "waterboarding" lasted for 30 minutes with plenty of breaks so he could cheerily address the camera and said "It was a baptism in freedom. it's not torture! Hell we had elk tacos and wine afterwards. Wake up people. #waterboarding"

He's a former Green Beret who showed support for Trump and CIA pick Gina Haspel after she ran a secret prison in Thailand and other CIA Blacksites to torture prisoners but pledged not to in the future...even though Trump says they have to get TOUGH and seems to have approved it

But many criticized his attempts to triviliaze waterboarding considering he did it in a safe, controlled environment and unrestrained and free to stop or pull the cloth off at any time as he cannot compare the severe psychological and often physical trauma upon waterboarding.

One person said "Wrong. That's not how it's done. you're just holding your breath" said by Malcolm Nance, a counter terrorism expert.

People have said it's a "commie/nazi" torture technique that no western country should adopt as many said some cases of these peope being tortured are innocent and cleared of terrorist charges when no information was given

Senate reports that suspects were forced into tiny boxes for hours, deprived of sleep for days and fed by rectal rehydration and left in stress positions!!

Still, the 38 y/o who served overseas still supports waterboarding and says that liberals are making it out like it's an "evil" technique when he says it in fact works and gets them valuable information when terrorists begin to talk after being waterboarded..

He's a friend of infowars, Alex Jones and said he will GLADLY torture anyone by waterboarding if it means getting valuable information.

36 y/o Academy Award Actress Natalie Portman could return to the Thor Franchise by appearing in part 2 of the Avengers movie after she was FIRED along with other humans he met in Thor 3 when the director said they wanted the franchise to go in a different direction.

She played Jane Foster in the franchise and director Anthony Russo said that they wanted Natalie to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe through the Avengers.

She last appeared in Thor: The Dark World in 2013 where she played the love interst to thor and has admitted to being open to return to the franchise

Natalie said "It is really an incredible thing to get to be part of. As an actor, it is like a completely different scale. Because when you are making those movies, you are working with so much blue screen and so much fantasy. Your imagination has to be so much larger"

In 2016, when they were 17 and 18, they murdered a mutual friend, 18 y/o Samuel Poss because he was an "easy target".

Dakota was a 9th grade DROPOUT who said he and Brandon were depressed and wanted to kill themselves so they made a suicide pact but wanted to kill someone else just to know what it felt like...

He said "We just figured might as well. It came down to might as well see how it feels to kill someone before we kill ourselves. We didn't see no reason not to, we were about to die, what did we care for?"

They were going to pick a random victim but settled on Poss, who was an acquantance because he was a "computer nerd" who didn't have a lot of friends and they used that to pretend they needed computer help to lure him out....

Dakota sent a message asking for help and he needed help right away...so on the day of the murder, the duo picked him up and drove him to Dakota's grandparents house. But just before they could get out of the car, Dakota wrapped a TELEPHONE WIRE around his neck and started choking him..but when the wire snapped during the struggle, that's when Brandon used his arms to STRANGLE him and Dakota began stabbing him..

Then they dumped his body in a nearby wooded area and spend 10 hours cleaning the car.

Dakota said "I knew i wasn't gonna get away with it..i felt bad too"

Dakota said he saw fear in Samuel's eyes as he began tearing up because he knew what was happening...but they still didn't stop

4 days after the heinous crime, Dakota turned himself in full of guilt as they DIDN'T end up killing themselves...he then showed where the body was.

It only took 20 minutes for the jury to deliberate and found them guilty on all counts including malice murder, felony murder, 2 counts of aggravated assault, concealing the death of another and tampering with evidence.

The prosecutor agreed not to pursue the death penalty after talking with the Poss family..

A White Hotel Clerk named "Dwayne" in Virginia wa fired after he was caught on camera calling a black customer a MONKEY..but he SWEARS that he's not RACIST!!

The less than a minute video shows Dwayne at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson flipping his lid after he told Irby Fogleman to "get off my property" and saying Fogleman is "rude"

As he turns away once again telling Fogleman to get his family and get the f*** out he can be heard saying "F****** monkey"

Irby then says "Oh, so you're racist. That's why you don't like me. Cause i'm black" Dwayne says "No, i don't like you cause you're a d***"

Irby then promises him that this altercation will be all over the internet as Dwayne goes back behind the desk to speak to a white customer in a "polite" manner.

Lisa Little, the manager said the employee has been fired immediately as they will now be re-trainig their employee on code of conduct

Irby, who is 36 was with his girlfriend, Kelsey Cunningham, who is white and their 2 kids who was there to see his mother. They moved to this part of Virginia so Kelsey could be closer to her parents and Irby went to ask the clerk for a new room for his mother because it smelled like smoke. The clerk wouldn't accomodate his request and when he asked to see his boss, that's when Dwayne flipped his lid and turned into a shouting match.

Kelsey said that Dwayne already seemed agitated and frustrated who complained that the hotel was a joke and that he should run it

The clerk told his side claiming that the video failed to show that Irby called him "stupid" and "lazy" for not responding to his requests but admitted he took it too far but SWEARS that he's not racist and calling him a monkey was not about race.. Dwayne says he has BLACK FRIENDS who knows he's not racist..

Newsweek is reporting a rumour that supposedly circulated on the Gamefaqs forum where a user named Lazzyman predicted Nintendo's announcement of the Switch Online Service..leading everyone to believe that everything he posted was TRUE..

It said with the posting "Check Back This Topic on May 7th, it's gonna be proven right"

There's a mix of information on the thread that was "too good to be true" and "plausible enough to be considered legit"..but the website says the rumours are in fact right and mostly WRONG.

What it got right was the Online Service where he said the information would come out on May 7th..but while it was May 8th in Japan, the date was correct that it was referring to North America. Jack Merrick however said it was rather easy to predict when the news would drop since Nintendo normally makes announcements like this on a Tuesday after releasing its financial reports for April.

He also predicted correctly that Nintendo would ditch the Virtual Console in favour of releasing NES games..but here's where he got it wrong...

He stated that both NES and Gameboy Advance games would be available in Agust which contradicts Nintendo's official release plans for NES titles in September. They never stated that GBA games would be available.

He also said Nintendo's chat service will work but that isn't true either as it states an existing chat service like Discord would be used instead.

On gamefaqs, the administrator decides your fate and if you should be banned..but on ign, the moderators make a VOTE on whether you should be banned or not...
