Florida is continuing to plow ahead with reopening despite a surge in new cases as it does not require restaurants to inform customers of any outbreaks it has among its staff because it's not classed as a food related outbreak While it tracks outbreaks of illnesses such as Hepatitis A and norovirus in restaurants where they must inform the public, it doesn't have to track cases of coronavirus Customers of infected workers are also not classed as their close contracts under the state's contract tracing efforts and doesn't even require them to wear masks while serving customers food and offers limited guidance over what steps they should do if employees are ever infected The shocking revelations come as the state has seen a surge in cases with over 80,000 infected and nearly 3000 deaths The CDC encourages restaurants to notify customers of any outbreak among staff but Governor Ron DeSantis has not mandated such measure because they say there's no evidence it can pass through food Even though the virus is mostly spread through respiratory droplets when people talk, cough or sneeze, the CDC warns it can spread through contaminated surfaces. Judge Jenifer Holt is presiding over the case where Brittany claims she was brutally raped and beaten by Todd Smith, no relation, at her home in January 2018 and says she shot him dead as he choked her brother, Chris McCallie, but her claim of STAND YOUR GROUND was denied!! Judge Holt said her testimony didn't line up with medical evaluations or other evidence in the scene as now her attorney's want her out over that rejection. Holt said her turn of events was inconsistent with the events surrounding the death beginning with the 911 call and then trying to destroy evidence and her material facts was at odds with the physical evidence, exhibits and other witness testimony Holt is not stepping down and now Brittany could spend up to life in prison if convicted. She said she shot Todd 3 times after he held her brother who confronted him in a HEADLOCK and he threatened to kill them if they told the police. Her brother, Chris came to the house to get in his face about the allegation and then a fight occurred. During the struggling, Chris' gun fell out and onto the ground next to Brittany who then picked it up and shot Todd. The judge said Brittany did not need to use lethal force to end it and that her brother was the AGGRESSOR because he brought a GUN there and started it and was the one who initiated the confrontation. The precinct was burned to a crisp on May 28th as the city went out of control from riots over the death of George Floyd and the 3rd precinct was where the disgraced former cop killer, Derek Chauvin worked. Branden appeared via video link and was fired from his job at a home improvement store in Menards on June 3rd after social media identified him in participating in the arson attack He was wearing stolen police gear when he arrested as a fellow employee BUSTED him when he showed up wearing stolen police armour, a law enforcement duty belt and carrying a police baton Pictures showed him clearly visible participating in the riot as he was shirtless and wearing a hat. He was also on top of barriers brought in to protect the precinct and is again shirtless wearing a hat and a bag strapped across his torso with a police baton raised over his ehad When police caught up with him he was still wearing body armour in which he had struck his name written on strip of duct tape. The insurance customer service worker and model from Cashion is 5'11 and wears a size 18 who experienced years of being shamed. She said "I do feel that some partners did not take me seriously in the relationship due to my size. I put up with things in my earlier years that iw ould not even given the tiem of day at this point in my life including being talked down to, called names and verbal physical abuse" She grew up in a poor neighborhood and was always seen as "big" as by 11 she wore a size 8. She was always asked why she was so much larger than others her age and felt the pain of insults. Her teen years were the worst as she had to have clothes specially made for her large size and towered her "smaller" classmates, even some BOYS. She had to buy MEN'S JEANS to get the length and width right and avoiding beaches. Susan was told to watch what she ate and her "fat rolls" pinched Her confidence was low at that time where constant fat shaming occurred and never dated anyone and had severalself esteem barriers. She remembered telling a boy she had a crush on him and he told her she was a "fat cow" The turning point in her life was when she met a "few amazing women"who introduced her to TIGHT JEANS, bodycon dresses and two piece swimsuits and inspired her to start showing off her figure where she realized her body is beautiful and it inspired her to change her opinon of herself She missed way too many events or events made less fun because of her issues and now when she looks in the mirror, she feels beautiful inside andout Susan embraced her curves and men thought so once men started messaging her on social media..except the man asked to keep their relationship a SECRET who wanted to only watch netflix and have sex but not be seen out in public That's when she realized men just wanted her for pleasures but not have a serious relationships as these men found plus size women "easier" and just wanted the sex which was ironically NOT an issue for her..but having a relationship was. Being in sexual positions wasn't an issue for her either as she said "Position in sex have never been an issue, plus size or not. I think sex is sex and well, it's pretty amazing. Although i can't drop it like it's hot anymore as i approach 40 but i can still dip it like it's warm"....
