This video makes me sad when I realize big midnight launch events aren't a thing anymore. Sure, the convenience of digital downloads is great but damn, look at how much fun these guys had I think the last one I went to was Halo 5. Digital hadn't fully taken over yet so it still had a solid crowd. I don't think I've ever been in a DG where more than two employees were working at a time. I always felt bad for them. When I worked there in 2012, it was always three people on the shift. Manager and two associates who would switch off between manning the cash register and walking around fixing shelves and unloading new stock. We got paid $7.25 an hour and got like 25-30 hours a week.
