Dude I'm a little sick right now and I sneezed 4 times this morning. It loosened everything up and I blew my nose so fucking good afterward and felt completely clear for like half an hour.

Sneezing is always amazing, I don't understand those who suppress it or hold it in. It helps me so much.

Also yes I've loved pooping since I was a little kid lol moreso the past couple of years than ever before because I got my nutrition in check.

I wouldn't call pooping better than an orgasm. Sneezing is up there though.

It's a pressure release and endorphin boost. I've read it's like a runner's high (similarly). So for most it feels great.

To me it's taking control away from my body to do something I don't want to do. Sneezing makes me angry.

My mantrutha good time on the can is almost therapeutic in your adult life. That feeling where you drop a weight class after eating Taco Bell, you know when you gut feels smaller afterwards, amazing

Having a good bowel movement to the point you feel the void it left in your gut is a weirdly good feeling.

A few days ago I had BWW and accidentally ordered Hot. SO fucking good but ulcers/old so my body just can't handle it anymore.

I took my first normal shit this morning since. It was amazing to not piss out of my ass and not feel ultra bloaty and crampy

I can also do that (sun sneezer) but like you said I have to feel it coming on already. I wish I could just decide to sneeze any time I felt congested or my nose was itchy or something. I'm sick now for the fourth time since Thanksgiving (probably an all-time record for me) and I generally have a really hard time getting shit to come up far enough that I can blow my nose. It's always in the back of my throat choking me and making me cough.

Unless it's the result of allergies. Then it just adds another layer of inconvenience on top of what is already there until the medicine you take for it finally kicks in (if it does as all).

When you feel a sneeze coming and it won't quite trigger on its own you can "look" toward the sun (moreso face the sun with your eyes squinted or closed), or any bright light really, and it will often trigger. I don't know if this works for everybody but it's definitely a thing.
