It's got enough buttons and you can even change the type of scroll. I'm level 21 or so I think and I can almost guarantee I've probably done less main quests in more gameplay time. I think the one I'm supposed to be doing now is to go to Meridian. I always find myself just running around the world trying to fill in the map, collect the collectibles, and doing stuff like the Cauldrons. I've been able to buy a bunch of purple grade weapons which really help. I've had a few runs where I was just standing back and throwing those death dervishes to amazing effect. I strongly dislike Demeter's cast. The only time I ever got it to work well was when I got that boon where the beam tracks your location; than that was pretty fun. In theory I know Festive Fog is supposed to be top tier but I just hate the lob. Requires too much thinking and setup for my taste. So I usually end up taking Zeus here if I can. I know it's not the most damaging but I like the bounce effect. My story was canonical and I was happy. Last year I played Wolf Among Us and both seasons of Batman. I thought both were very good as well. Also, there's a skill (pretty sure in the first row) that allows you to whistle to attract an enemy. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think they really tutorialized modding the weapons. So I ended up spending a bunch of Skill Points to unlock Tinker, so I could add/remove the mods without losing them. Still not quite sure why some of the mods only seem to work for the bow versus the tripcatcher... I also get the sense that, at least here, people are only playing with money they could afford to lose. My question then, is, compared to just putting your money in a broad market index fund, how much more (or less) money do you think you've made trading individual stocks? Or, to put it another way, here's my performance in my non-retirement account over the last 5 years, invested 100% in broad market mutual funds using dollar cost averaging to put in a certain amount of money every week. My beginning balance was around $150k. I made around $77k of purchases. I have around $115k of investment return (site says ~10% rate of return), for an ending balance of around $342k. Given those numbers, do you feel I've made a good return? This may seem obvious, but the reason you dont touch the retirement money early is because you get penalized harshly if you withdraw it before you retire. I think there are certain exceptions for a Traditional IRA or 401(k) like for medical expenses or a first time house payment or something like that. I also think, as someone mentioned, you can withdraw any principal from a Roth IRA without penalty at any time. And for IRAs, either I need to manage it myself or have a robo-advisor do it? An IRA is a type of account. A Target Date fund is a type of mutual fund. You can invest your IRA in any fund allowed. Many people, myself included, say to use Target Date funds because they're "set and forget". It's 2021 now, so the 2055 fund will be very aggressively weighted towards stocks, which is good. As we get closer to 2055, it'll move more and more towards bonds that give smaller returns but are also lower risk, which is the point as by 2055 you should be ready to retire and start using those funds. I use Vanguard myself and have found it to be good. I'm sure they all do this, but you can set it to automatically deposit to the max the Roth allows using a weekly/biweekly/monthly/whatever schedule. As long as you've got steady income, this is another "set and forget" move that makes saving easy if you invest on a set schedule. The general advice about retirement saving is:
