Regardless of whether the changes bother you or not, that most likely is going to be the case. I mean, unless we think some people buying DLC didn't lead to more DLC. Some people paying for microtransactions hasn't lead to more microtransactions. More digital game sales haven't lead to more games going digital. Etc etc. If, and I do stress IF, the gaming industry as a whole wants to push towards more censorship, then casually going along with it will obviously lead to more.
