I live in San Francisco which has the largest concentration of Asian's in America, and its just a bridge away from Oakland which has one of the largest concentrations of Blacks in America.

Asians tend to be racist towards blacks because they fear them. The Asian's in SF are typically well-off and privileged. The Blacks in Oakland, not so much.

As such when there are any thefts, robbery, violent assaults, or any kind of crime at all against the Asian SF community, its literally done by poor people...and that group is disportionately black.

In contrast Black people tend to dislike Asian people because they view them as privileged elites. I listened to one black woman recently go on a tangent on how she thought Asians and White people were exactly the same. She disliked both - she felt comradery w/ Hispanic americans tho.

Its easy to ignore the nuances and blame all prejudice on racism based within evil concepts. However, most prejudice has some root in truth.

So if you break it down as to why Asians are prejudice against blacks - its not so much that they are black, but because they are poor. Poor people are more likely to commit crimes - survival and all that. Vice versa, blacks dislike Asian''s because they are viewed as rich, and people who look down upon the poor.

In a nutshell, it all really comes down to systematic racism, the distribution of wealth - and the results/fallout of that distribution.

Background:
The covid toilet paper fiasco always fascinated me. I've been pooping three times a day on average since I was a kid. Once in the morning when I wake up, once mid-day, and once before bed. As such pooping is as easy as breathing. I hardly ever get constipation or diarrhea. I poop normally. Pooping means nothing to me, its whatever.

I always assumed everyone else was the same way. However, I live in San Francisco where we have thousands of homeless people who aren't allowed to use public bathrooms - so they just poop on the street. Residents love to complain about this but few offer up solutions. I stated facts that Homeless people are human beings, and all humans need to poop regardless of their financial stability. If bathrooms are not made available then Homeless will poop in the street. Therefore, more public bathrooms built w/ taxpayer money, and not associated with any private businesses should be built.

That seemed like a fair solution. But I was met with pushback, mainly from people who argued that a healthy human doesn't need to poop more than once a day. In this regard there is plenty of time within a person's day to find a public bathroom. I argued that I think most people poop twice a day, and considering there are about 2 thousand homeless people and only 50 public bathrooms throughout the city, that the motivation to simply poop in the street is heightened because the trouble to find one (coupled w/ the waiting times) aren't worth the risk/reward.

The Actual Truth of The Matter!

Nope, my suggestions were promptly debunked! I was sent a link to the following, which confirms that most people poop once a day. Not only that but upon further review, it is completely normal for a person to poop up to 3x a day, or 3x a week.

This is astonishing to me! As someone who has pooped regularly throughout their day since the time I was born...it all makes perfect sense now. When the teach use to deny me the ability to go to the bathroom because I "should have gone during lunchtime." The, what I thought were fucking ridiculous, amount of wiping products and expensive toilet aids like squatty potties...which I just learned that 1/10 Americans own. Then of course, the fucking covid-19 Toilet Paper fiasco.

Pooping doesn't mean anything to me, because it's apart of my daily life. I poop wherever, whenever, free of embarrassment. I use whatever toilet paper is available, have never used a wet wipe, scoff at squatty potties, and don't both masking the smell. For me, pooping is as easy as breathing. But for somebody who only poops once every three days (which is also normal) I can imagine that when the urge to poop happens it must be a terribly traumatic experience full of anxiety. I never even considered that!

4 sets of 10 reps at 40lbs

I curled 45 lbs for 50, and then immediately curl 85 for 20. Takes me about two minutes to complete. Its the last thing I do on my back days - they are basically burnouts. I use the barbells with the grips made for your hands, but if none available I'll use the straight barbells. I never load of weight onto a naked bar and curl - too much effort.

Edit: oh are we talking dumbbells? I don't do those. But I'll incline press dumbells. I start at 100, then do 110, and the 120 for sets of 10. I do the same for flies, and flat press. If I'm feeling tired I'll either skip the flat press, or skip the set of 110, and just go from 100 to 120 <---this has been the most likely scenario for the past two years or so.

Oof that's 223 users on this board. That's pretty significant.

It's easy to forget that while I sometimes feel like I haven't accomplished all that much in life that I'm remarkably privileged and successful compared to a lot of users here.

I wish I had the right advice to help ya'll but your issues are likely so personal and individual I have no idea what the answer would or could be. All I can say is that nothing in your life will change unless you try.

I think people just vote for whatever, especially because there is no "I'm not a virgin" option.

That's fine. You can still enjoy the finer things in life. Like sex, wealth, and status. You can even father children if you like...all while feeling like an outsider.

nah I'm literally too messed up now. I'm 35. my perceptions of people and women are warped beyond repair. all I can do is keep myself in check and not harm others while sticking up for myself for what I want and need in life. I will always have trust issues and not trust others, but I can choose to not always make that other people's problem. this is my life.

Incel Groups - 30+ virgins who accept they'll never have sex, don't try to self improve and instead embark on a quest some sort of mixture between misogynistic trolling & domestic terrorism. These guys legitimately hate women - they don't blame neither society (properly) nor themselves, they just blame women. It's borderline prejudice.

They feel they've been dealt a poor hand in life, and there is nothing they can do about it - they are ugly, awkward, and generally unattractive and women should just "love them for they are" and because they don't, then women are selfish evil demons who deserve to be "purged"

General Relationship Advice Groups - there are commonly said to be three types of these groups (advice by women for men, advice by men for men, and advice by anybody for anybody) but in reality they are all the same. It's a politically correct way for women to give advice to both men & women on how to ensure that women "get whatever it is they desire." Which typically backfires, because the type of men they date (the alpha men) don't listen to this advice, and the men that do just end up making themselves more unattractive.

All advice outlets basically marginalizes men, and turns then into doormats. If men follow this advice they will NOT attract more women, they will only friendzone themselves.

This is due to multiple reasons, but mainly women are attracted to alpha men, and the modern interpretation of what misogyny is, pretty much defined by these men. Basically women ideally only seek to date a small percentage of the overall male population, and thus these are the men who tend to cause women heartbreak & generally piss then off. As such these men are called "misogynistic" and any realtionship advice given is basically a disguised rant by women complaining about the men they've been dating.

So ironically enough the advice women tend to give is "don't behave like the men I date and am attracted too" instead "behave like the men I don't date and am not attracted too." So if some misguides love struck fools follows the advice of a woman, they are just making themselves unattractive.

Men who give relationship advice have to give out advice that is politically correct and abides by the "anti misogynistic" stance, if they don't they'll be cancelled. It's also a power play on their part - reciting politically correct advice to other men makes the author appear in a position of power, so as long as he doesn't actually take his own advice, he'll appear alpha and attract women.

Red Pill Groups - these groups are either comprised of already alpha men, or beta men wishing to become alphas. They preach the hypocrisy of the above two groups. They hate incels because they refuse to take the necessary actions to improve themselves...and because they are generally hateful bigots. They also hate the societal structures in place that lead to the political correct bullshit relationship advice given by most outlets.

The Red Pill basically revolves around smashing the ceilings associated with both of the previous groups, and seeing the world how it truly is. Recognizing what's bullshit and what isn't. Seeing what women, and society as a whole, finds attractive, desirable, and successful - and also what they don't. The end result is seeing how shallow the world really is...

...but once this is done, once the light is seen, then proper self improvement can take place. The world isn't going to suddenly change to become less shallow, so men need to adapt to it in order to find happiness. This means changing themselves.

Of the alphas that exist about a quarter of them are men who have always been ladies man alpha types (Chad's) and are generally trying to help other men live their best lives. The other 75% of alphas are compromised of former betas - men who were long-term virgins, full of self-esteem issues, who suffered from hopelessness and depression, many of which were suicidal. However, now they are happy, and living their best lives.

Is the group misogynistic? Yes. But mostly just because what society defines as misogynistic are alpha men - the ones women find attractive. Is the group comprised of sexist women haters? No. The men in this group transform to become loving boyfriends, husbands, and fathers.

Seeing the world for it's shallowness doesn't equate to thinking all people of an opposite sex are dumb or whatever the fuck others accuse Red Pill men of. The group is indeed rightfully accused of spreading/teaching toxic masculinity though. However, even though the group teaches it, they don't actually advocate for it...meaning they don't actually like behaving in such a way.

One forgets that in order to even become a father, one must be able to first attract a mate. This is why boys are taught "toxic masculinity" or portions of it - cuz it works. Nobody really like toxic masculinity, bullying, and peacocking and all that bullshit...it's stupid, but it's done because it gets women. Taking that into account, the essence if red pill is basically "if you can't beat em, then join em."

But yeah, there are some general bad apples there. Most of the overtly disgusting posters are just betas trying to be alphas, and behaving what they view as alpha behavior - which is typically something skin to a charicature of an 80's high school bulky. They are "try hards" and it shows. The blatant women hating goes away as they transform into actual Alphas, if they don't then they'll eventually migrate over to the incel groups.
