Brigading as I understand it doesnt exist on gamefaqs because there is no upvote/downvote system. Maybe you could clarify what you are asking.

As far as mass reporting goes, its only a violation and if its being used to frivolously report message that are not violations. Action can be taken against them if its intentional. If someone is mass marking messages that are violations, thats just the system working as intended.

Never once asked for forgiveness over it. Even though I've made plenty of topics saying how sorry I am over the years. I 100% get it if you don't want to forgive me.
