Japan's Ninja Warrior show was more fun to watch because it was just a bunch of people dicking around. And then of course Americans had to turn it into a competitive show where everyone is literally sweaty.

Yeah it's another bad faith argument from the pro-gun proponents that think good guys with guns will always stop bad guys with guns. DuranOfForcena is right in that mass shootings is a symptom to a bigger problem here in America, the second amendment that empowers the gun culture that we have here. No other first world country has such lax gun laws like we do here and no other first world country has such a strong gun culture like we do here. It isn't even a Republican vs Democrat thing, I know plenty of liberals here in California that absolutely love guns. This phenomenon is primarily an American thing for good reasons.

If you don't "care", then by default you're pro-choice since you wouldn't care about telling a women what they can or can't do with their body, imo.

6 was the reboot and it didn't sell great. The guy who made 6 got the boot as well. The series is dead for a long while

Not true, SC6 sold about 1.6million copies. The only issue that it is considered a failure in that the player base fell out because the online is garbage and because it didn't sell as well as Tekken, which is Bandai Namco main money maker. If there is another SC game, it won't be until awhile.

Let me just tell you that even my friends, who are seasoned horror flick viewers, were not only frightened like crazy but even they thought it was really good. I had to cover my face because the movie gets severely intense. I expected more from the story imo, but it at least does a good job subverting one expectations. Come watch the movie if you want to be scared the fuck out.

I'm sorry to tell you, but that opening part is one of the better parts of the movie. If you don't like it, it really only gets worst from there unless you love forced humor.

I'm honestly impressed that the music video was done in one take.

The fact that it is a live action Disney movie makes me want to dislike it immediately. I just want another good live action film like Jungle Book.

Yeah there was a character in FFXV where you had to negotiate with a Hilary Clinton look alike. The only thing you miss out on is some AP or XP if you don't pick the right choices.

Considering how FFXV was in severe development hell, it's a miracle it turned out as it did. Granted, it's still not a good game, but salvaged into something at least playable.

It's really kind of cool of him to try to aim a game at beginners considering how fucking hard a lot of the games on the NES were because of the lack of space on the cartridge and to artificially increase playtime on them. It's also kind of funny how the editing looks very much like a Nintendo Direct lol.

Normally it would give you a list of videos you're searching for, follow by "recommended videos" based off your history and algorithm. It's fucking stupid, but effective sadly.

I play games when I feel like it or convenient to do so.

Yeah my wife was hooked on it and most of our night conversations was her sharing what she read to me. It's fucking awful. It makes me second guess a child actor on screen and hoping their parents aren't forcing anything on them and will support them correctly.

At my work place, there was a very young and hot secretary that always had her meetings with our CFO, some old fat fart in his 60's. There was rumors, but that rumor basically got confirmed the moment I learned that she quit the same day that the CFO's wife divorced him. With bad rep, he was also fired days after. I don't know the whole details, which led many of us in the dark but putting the pieces together kind of led us to an assumption.

The horror one. I saw trailers about it and no doubt the movie is being very cryptic on purpose. I don't normally watch horror films because I get scared easily, but this one has me interested. Going to be watching it tomorrow with my friends (they paid for my ticket, so why not!).

Very true, I felt that the process to make this film felt like some execs going "okay, list the top 3 things people like about Ragnarok and crank it up by ten." without going into the "whys" on the things they loved about Ragnarok that worked.

Korg was the worst part about Love & Thunder and Valkyrie felt pointless in the film. The film would've probably been better paced if it was just Thor and Jane tbh.

I thought it was alright. I definitely thought that Gorr was wasted, though. You had a chance to make an incredibly compelling villain with a legitimately great actor, and you blew it.

MCU has a very bad habit of wasting good villains. Gorr was incredibly under utilized in this movie to make way for the "humor". I always thought the humor and it being overly silly in Ragnarok was the worst parts about the film, but this movie showed me just how tame the third movie was regarding forced jokes and forced humors.

This, I have him tagged as a bible thumper that uses the "metaphorical" argument anytime the bible doesn't make any sense or has clear inconsistencies, like it somehow will make even more sense and consistent taking the stories metaphorically. When people wanted to clarify which parts of the bible was meant to be taken metaphorically and literally, his answer was basically "if you understand the human language, you would easily know." Personally I have been loving every episode

It's very possible to not like certain episodes about certain shows. Like for me, I thought this was the weakest episode because it felt like one giant filler. This episode would've been great if this was an episodic type of show, but clearly it's "building" up to something but I don't have a clear vision on what that is atm.

I don't know why that other topic about "races" in Rings of Power was removed. Even if tc was "baiting" it is something we should be able to freely discuss (doesnt break any TOS) and nobody was being bigoted.

I just wanted to repeat that race is a social construct to categorize humans. Yes, different alleles that were endemic to specific regions has caused physical variations but we are all of the same species.

Fictional fantasy books have consistently misused "race" when they mean "species". It was a common misunderstanding back when Tolkien originally wrote LotR and it wasn't like he was a trained biologist to know better.

Hobbits, Orcs, Elves, Dwarves, etc are different species; not races. And there should be no surprise that there would be different variations within those species (that would include dark skin).

The reason the topic was deleted because anyone with a braincell knows that the TC made the topic in bad faith and was clearly created to start something.

The main appeal and why the original Pinocchio animated film was so iconic was because it revolutionized the animation world. From the puppet physics to effect animations like the weather and vehicle movements. The appeal was never about the actual story itself because it's just so basic and segmented. All the live action movie had to do was segment the stories in a more cohesive manner and they could've had at minimum an average movie, but the looks of it they couldn't even get that right.
