Rose mentioned that in the Furthest Ring, the way time and space shifts makes it so even if you take the "same" path it can take you a different amount of time (or...space) to get there. And they know for sure that the path they're on will get them there.

Dirk just kind of flew off into the distance without even caring, but if he gets anywhere at all in any reasonable space of time I'm going to assume it's because of Roxy's Void powers at work.

Cameron Stewart, who you may recognize as an actual comic book artist, has had this pet webcomic for a few years titled "Sin Titulo" (oh ho ho so clever). But because of his regular job, he kept having to take hiatuses of multiple months and would post maybe a single page before disappearing again for five more months. Anyways, he recently announced that he has a book in the works and the comic is going to become a primary source of income, so he's moving to a five-day-per-week update schedule. He's said that before and not delivered, but it's been two or three weeks now and he hasn't skipped a day since so I figured it's legit this time.

It's good stuff. Very unusual and unique. But I can't tell you what it's about! Just read it.

Whether R/S remakes would be any good or not depends on whether they take Emerald's plotline with both Aqua and Magma being evil and include the extra areas. If it's just the generic Ruby and Sapphire plots then no thanks.

Another RBY remake would be boring. I'm sick of Gen 1. :\

I don't think the Roxy thing is a mislead. It would be one thing if all we got was uu's speculation, but we were flat-out shown what was going on with her. Homestuck isn't one to have an "unreliable narrator" when we're explicitly shown what's going on. The narrator can be unreliable, but AFAIK, only by omission.

I mean, consider Dirk's situation. The viewpoint blacked out before both his dreamself and realself fell asleep, but no one's doubting that.

No actually what needs to happen is Dirk can wake up in his regular body, go kiss and save Roxy, but can't in his dream body for some reason. Then, Roxy will wake up as her dreamself and book it over to Jane and kiss her just in time, thus fueling more Jane x Roxy fanart.

Because it needs to happen.

Random thought: if Roxy gets revived, her dreamself might still be way out in the void. In fact her dreamself might still be at Aranea's little get-together. And she's going to wake up and start bleeding all over the place because of how dreamselves work. awkward......

But yeah, that sounds really damn annoying if that's accurate. The only way to do a playthrough on Hard would be to trade over a key on Unova Link when you first start the game. Maybe I'll use some save file shenanigans to send over a key to my W2 cart when I first start the game.

I've had dreams about Homestuck before. They always make me wake up feeling embarrassed.

The worst ones are the ones that are literally dreams about the actual website updating with something stupid. I think I had two or three of these during the Cascade hiatus. It's just like.....really, subconscious? This is what you choose to dream about? My dreams are so god damn boring.

karkat's theme is pretty good. It's simple but I really like it. Terezi has a bunch of amazing music relating to her, with the best easily being BL1ND JUST1C3.

only played the demo some.. heard 2 sucked.. Should I bother with this, or are they poor mans skyrim?

They're not like Skyrim at all, they're much more narrative and quest driven. Combat is also entirely different and is more like the D20 system in KotOR.

I personally couldn't get through the first one but I did not get very far. My friends all love it.

It could be the End of Act. 6-3 has been going on for longer than the previous two acts. And s*** is going down right now.

If it is, I'm hoping it'll be a callback to Descend. 6-3 mirrors Act 4 in a lot of ways.
EDIT: Although I guess it's equally likely it could be a callback to [S] Enter, what with Dirk and Roxy entering the game. But it could be both!

Oh man, crits are going to happen everywhere. Still, it's 100% useless if it's not available from the start. :\

I guess I'll have friends with the game, so if it requires a restart I guess maybe I can jury-rig a chain to hold all my W2 Pokemon in their games. Before I begin my mass migration of all of my Pokemon from Black, White, AND my Gen IV games.

Well yeah, but that's because Shepard dies at the start of ME2. (is that really a spoiler, I don't know)
In Mass Effect 3 you keep your levels up to 30, which is enough to buy back most of your skills.

since we are talking about music which troll do you think has the best theme?

Although Eridan ranks pretty low in my troll rankings his theme is damn catchy / great (also vocal version. Speaking of which is there a vocal version of themes like Temporal Shenanigans / Eridan theme?)

Vriska's music is the best, very, very easily, for me. Most of the trolls have pretty nice music, though. Arisen Anew (Aradia's second theme) is awesome, Equius has Horsechestra, Tavros's music is great in general, Sollux's is crazy (dat La2t Guardiian), Feferi's Theme is good (is Ocean Stars Falling a Feferi Song too? dunno), Kanaya's is nice...really the only trolls who don't have that much good music are Karkat and Terezi, imo. Terezi Owns sorta counts for me because I really like that, but that's only because Upward Movement is so good.

Also there "sort of" is a vocal version of Eridan's theme, because part of it is a remix of this song:

My main problem with listening to songs that aren't in the comic is that it kind of spoils them for when they are used. Hence why I haven't listened to most of them yet! One day, most likely when Homestuck is finished I shall.
