depends on the game. In overwatch, dps players actually have to kill other players.

In an mmo pve situation, dps players need to do things like interrupt boss abilities, target swap, manage aggro, etc.

Healers basically have the same exact job in every situation: make bars go up

Healing mains are stressful jobs and carry a lot of responsibility, that isn't exactly a casual role I imagine...

healers are important, but they're generally low effort. Healing is a role best described as: "stand out of the way and run around while healing the people who make the strategic moves."

By no means is healing a bad thing, but it's generally the role played by the least skilled member of the group.

You have received numerous good answers (#4, #10, #11 especially) but you're not accepting them. If you refuse to accept their answers, maybe you should tell us what you think it is, then we can go from there?

Math isn't 100% solved. It's a philosophy as much as a science. There are disagreements abound. You need only reference the following question for evidence:

"Does 0.9999... = 1?"

People disagree heavily and there's really no perfect way to prove one answer over another. With that in mind, depending on definitions and your personal perspective, the 'real answer' to your question can be a lot of different things.

If you want one specific, precise, ultimate answer, then you need to very specifically define the parameters of your question.

Most people didn't hate it. It just wasn't very exciting as a new movie. It would have probably killed it as a series, but as a major theatrical release it was a 'been there done that' kind of experience.

This is an extremely common thought that most people have at one point or another. The key is to realize that it's inevitable; it happens to everyone. There's nothing you can do about it, so why dwell on the possibilities? Live safe, don't take risks, do what you can to live as long as possible. You don't have to welcome death, but there's not much point in thinking about it too much.

I liked it when I saw it, but I like it even more now that I've had some time to really process everything. For a 2 hour movie, especially, it was packed to bursting with cool shit, great action, and compelling character moments. All I need to do now is have a 7 -> 8 -> 9 mini-marathon for my second viewing before I can get an idea of which one of the Disney Trilogy I like best.

I've loved all three, so far.

Movie (Man of Steel) or Comic Superman defeats movie Thanos, minus the situation of full-stone Thanos snapping Superman out of existence. Comic Thanos is basically a hundred thousand times stronger than movie Thanos, though.

Cabba is sort of like the Gohan of Universe 6. Basically, the Saiyan version of a nerd. Cabba took Vegeta and Goku's route of becoming a super saiyan, but when he achieved it, he focused more on how it felt and how it could be reactivated as opposed to what he was doing when his body activated it by instinct.

It's not entirely different from Gohan teaching Videl (a girl who had no idea what ki/energy even was) how to fly in a matter of days. All it takes is the right approach and the right person to explain it.

Cabba unlocked it with rage (thanks to the coaxing of Vegeta), and he described the feeling of it as being a concentration of tingling energies on his back. Caulifla was able to jump right to the activation step by using that knowledge. Super Saiyan is something that is unlocked by accident for some, but those people can then more easily teach it to others.

Hell, Goten and Trunks became super saiyans on their own at like 8 years old with no real training.

yeah agree. i hate it when shows suddenly tries to be serious but the executions are riddled with problems. if you wanna commit to something like actual plot and stuff better really commit into it or not at all

This is a part of why I fell out of love with Family Guy. In the early seasons, it still had conflict and story stuff, characters were fairly consistent, etc.

But in the later seasons it seems more like it's trying to be a drama with occasional jokes. Did Family Guy really need pisodes about murdering the husband of Quagmire's sister because he's abusive and shit like that? I don't think it did.

So, the problem is...Downvoting directly reduces the chances that anybody sees or responds to your post. If you ask a legitimate question and a bunch of gatekeepers downvote it, your question never gets an answer.

It's legitimately detrimental to the community to have a downvote function. Stuff that's blatantly offensive should be handled by moderators/ignore functions, but downvotes are just petty rocks people throw at each other. Sometimes rocks hurt.

The basic answer is:

People want an actor who plays the role well and suits the character. Jason Mamoa is a popular actor from Game of Thrones with a high-tier physique and a love of nerdy shit, so nobody (or very few people) had any problem with him playing Aquaman. Most people appreciated Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin in the Ben Affleck Daredevil, too.

Color isn't the root of the issue, it's the 'feeling' of the actor/actress in the role. I don't have any prior experience with the Witcher, so I don't have any issue with any of the casting, personally.
