I'm not familiar with the highlight feature, but if it works like nearly any other program and I'm thinking it does, one of these may work and if not the last one will for sure. Could be your system didn't delete thumbs.db because it's a hidden system file and you need admin privileges to delete it. So show hidden files (if you don't know how, google it for your OS), and delete that bitch from the directory where you were storing the furry porn. If that's not it... It's possible your system created a cache somewhere in system files that it's using for the previews. Using a cleanup program like Glary Utilities would probably catch and erase it, or you can hunt it down manually and do the deed yourself if you're just a wee bit more savvy. Glary Utilities is, of course, a free program and very helpful for people who don't know a whole lot about computers. It includes a huge suite of tools that can help maintain your machine, and even has a one-click option these days so people don't even have to think at this point.
