EU region and doesn't really matter what server xd.

i've almost stopped playing (PC)gamepass games entirely even after getting 3 months for $1 unless it's a game i really want to try out of which few games in general are. last time there was an offer was in november and i the only game i played was the halo infinite campaign until it ran out in jan.

there's a weird psychological effect in being pressured into playing games before "your time runs out" especially when you already have a shit ton of games already... so if you're going to focus on a game then why not just do it with something you can take at your own pace entirely without worrying it'll expire?

there's a plot hole btw from that one to NWH.

Game died with omega but i stopped playing long before. It just stopped being interesting when their content policy centered around new characters instead of new areas and quests.

still it was a blast since it definitely scratched a superhero itch youd normally only get from fighters

wonder if it'll still be in chapters or they'll make it seamless with the cuts just being cutscenes instead.

it really should be in combat sports because unlike team sports, most big fights between two specific competitors only happen once and people can wait months/years for it to happen AND usually have it hidden behind a ppv wall. sometimes shit happens so you can't immediately watch it as it airs and it would suck to have the result spoiled until you do have the time.

[Simple review]
(1) I enjoyed all the content of Lost Ark without spending any money. Don't make narrow judgments based on the gaming experience you've played so far. You can enjoy all the content without spending real money, and you've never been offended by players who used real money.
(2) 99% of PVP has no P2W element. So let's talk about PVE.
(3) The higher the item level (Gearscore), the more playable content. You can use real money to quickly level up your item levels (Gearscore), but that's like watching a sequel without watching the first movie. Also, runes, skill points, tier 3 region commander set items (weapon, armor), etc. cannot be purchased with real money. These are items that can only be obtained through your efforts.
If you grow quickly with only real money and then challenge endgame content such as Abyss Raid and Legion Commander Raid, you will die quickly. Even if you succeed in surviving, if you do not have runes, skill points, etc., your DPS will be low and you will fail to clear the endgame contents.
Item level (Gearscore) is just a few of the many factors that make you stronger. It's like giving a one-year-old child a gun and he can't use it properly. Players need more variety and more growth factors.
(4) Korean gamers also hate P2W games. In fact, Korean gamers who were tired of P2W games moved to Lost Ark on a large scale, so Lost Ark was able to achieve 2nd place in popularity in Korea.
(5)[2022 News]Recently, on the Korean server, the game director gave up the Pay to Profit factor, which accounts for 17% of sales.
Now, in the endgame, additional rewards no longer consume crystals similar to real money, and anyone can obtain them by consuming gold. Even the amount of gold required is very small.

LA has been out in SK/russia for a few years now and others have already played it with VPN so it's an already established game compared to NW. it just hasn't been localized in the west until now.

I read that a lot of people found it too boring and slow and that makes me sad.

i'm one of those people.

seems like it was made specifically for people that enjoyed the source material and just wanted a lot of "dune".

i just wanted a cool sci-fi flick that wasn't too much up its own ass with boring moments like the untold amount of visions of zendaya's character as if to remind everybody she's also in the movie but only actually shows up for the last 10 minutes.

maybe 2 will be better(or more fun).

nah not really since it wouldn't have gotten noticed if it weren't highly successful in its country of origin.

Seriously though im baffled the movie works as well as it does with all that goes. Nowadays it would probably be a trilogy of movies or a netflix show

try to sum up the movie in one sentence.

if you don't make an effort to make ads that are at least worth watching then i sure as hell am not gonna make an effort to maximize your revenue.

netflix is weird in that they also for some stupid reason use their own subs which are sometimes lacking or outright wrong.
hell, even the subs for pirated shit is almost always better since they often rip them from retail.

also, as long as we're complaining:
-one annoying as FUCK thing that afaik 3 of the big ones are guilty of(disney, nf and hbomax) is that they don't include foreign parts either encoded or part of the subs unless the whole thing is a non-english movie. this goes for long conversations that are obviously part of the plot and are present in retail versions of the movie.

-another thing they're all guilty of is when i just want subs and the ONLY option is CC subs instead of just subs without the hearing impaired descriptions like "door opens/wind blows/creaking sound is heard".

tbh it seems like those two really deserve each other

it's only a discipline when starting out and that's only because your mentality doesn't know better.

soon after the perks will show like not feeling bad about ingesting a huge amount of calories along with greediness to get bigger and bigger and it just becomes another leisure activity altogether.

the fight in that movie always makes me a bit sad because it's obvious they imitated the style of asian swordplay movies but never understood how to make it look like people actually dueling instead of just performing choreographed steps.

couldn't be that stressful since there were probably as many phone booths as there are fast food places or kiosks today.

it would probably be the same as breaking down today and being stressed about not having access to food or water nearby.

still don't get why janet took all the heat for it as if she had any control over him ripping off her clothes..

i made 3 pretty big movie mistakes as a kid/teen.

we watched schindler's list in class and i remember falling asleep or just being bored in general most likely because of the lack of colors.

for movie afternoon our teacher recommended from dusk till dawn and even tried to reason with us but at the time anaconda was pretty hyped up in commercials etc. so most of us wanted to watch that instead...

also, we had a film class where we had to watch and analyze pulp fiction but at the time i didn't appreciate its hilarity and genius whatsoever.

schindler's list is now among my favorites and i could watch dusk till dawn and pulp fiction again and again.

will he only be in 1/4th of the movie? and he-man with even less screen time than suited up batman in rises?
