Before Covid, it was common where I live for people of opposite sexes who sort of know each other to give each other three kisses on the cheek (like either left-right-left or R-L-R). I've always found that weird and awkward ever since I was a kid, and I'm glad that's not a thing anymore.
I also really hope people don't pick it up again after Covid is over.

Nothing wrong with it imo. It's not weird to be disappointed someone died because people found the deceased to be attractive in life.
If you got to hide stuff like that, there's a good change you'll get an indifferent reaction (or even no reaction at all) at the mention of the deceased person. Many consider that to be offensive and unsympathetic.

Although I can your perspective, I believe there must remain room for sincerity, as opposed to a veil of positive things to say, especially if people sincerely have nothing positive (or negative) to say about the deceased.

I used to love meat as well, but actually some of the faux-meat products they have now can do just as good a job at scratching that itch.

I have tried many of them of various brands, and a few of them taste pretty good on their own, though that's usually due to a certain kind of filling (like cheese with spinach). None of them however actually taste like the real thing however imo. I wish it did, but my body's not falling for it.
That's another reason why I'm pro cultured meat. It's the real thing without doing any damage to animals or the environment.

I try to take animals and the environment into consideration, but going without animal products for too long seems to awaken this primal urge within me like "WHERE IS MY MEAT?!?"
Also I cannot deny that there are animal products that have many useful and healthy contents when taken in moderation (especially eggs and salmon)

I admire what vegans and vegetarians are trying to do, but I fear it won't be realistic to convince enough people to stop eating meat / animal products to make an impact.

Honestly, I think our best bet is the development of cultured meat:
People get to eat all the meat they want, yet no animal has to be killed for it, and the bio industry can be reduced significantly, which is good for the animals and the environment.
Everybody wins.

Nicely done. Took me quite a while to beat the Dark Genie on my first time.

I never played Dark Chronicle before, but I'd say go ahead and move on to that.
Demon Shaft is ok, as far as DC dungeons go, but it's literally a hundred freakin' floors, and nothing to work towards besides the sword Chronicle2, which (albeit it poweful) is basically pointless, since by then you'll have beaten literally everything in the game.

So people just have a hard time accepting mixed people as....mixed.

I like it well enough. Not spectacular, but worth a watch. Tbh I'm not sure why a lot of people think it's really bad.

The only thing I find bad about it is how Travolta's character is being built up as if he's an enigmatic and somehow enlightened individual from a world beyond this one, when in the end he's really just a terrorist for hire.

It's really a shame he says things like this. I genuinely believe that enterprises like the companies he started can make relevant changes to improve the quality of life for humanity in general.
However, for those enterprises to succeed, good PR is needed, and as the face of those enterprises, publicly saying things like this is not helping. I get that he is frustrated with the setbacks that corona has brought about, but it can't be helped right away. I fear that like many others, he has grown too accustomed to the idea that everything that happens in daily life is within control of human society.
