And the guy was outside yelling something. I grabbed my glock and went to see what the fuck was going on. Guy said he thought it was his friends house. So you walked up to your friends house that you've never been to and instead of knocking you just try and open the door to let yourself in? I did ask him why he thought it'd be a good idea to just try and walk into a house he's never been to before, but that seems like a fair question even if it came across as rude. 3. he wasn't just "at my door", he tried to come into my house without even knocking or ringing the door bell. If he'd knocked I probably would have still been annoyed but mistakes happen. This is literally the first time I've ever grabbed it for a situation like this and I've owned guns since I was a teenager. Whatever feeling it is for him (anxiety, fear, anger, disapproval, non-acceptance, etc), he is really feeling that. It's our duty to see anything that is neither contentment or neutrality as suffering. We don't take his words as threats because he is suffering, not us. When we take someone else's personal suffering as an insult, we lose. We do it all too often whether online or IRL situations. That's how arguments occur and how we break bonds; we fail to see people's suffering as suffering; instead we view it as an attack. It is nothing more than a small (or large) cry for assistance.
