It feels like this was a little too late. People are already too burned out of marvel to even care.

I dont believe fans have, marvel has just been churning out terrible movies the past few years and fans are confusing that for fatigue if only because thats been the tag line in articles for a decade now.

Not sure how they can turn it around though, they screwed up bad after endgame where they should have soft rebooted, replaced all the aging actors and oh, not kill off/retire anyone.

For real. AOU gets so much shit for very little reason.

The only thing I can get behind is how apparently Ultron was super menacing and evil in the trailers, but turned out to just be another quipper. Didn't really bother me, and makes sense given he's a culmination of Stark technology (who, for those unaware, is also a quipper), but it at least makes some sense to me why people were upset.

That and the romance with hulk and widow. Did not like that.

Otherwise, I loved it.

Thats most of the movie tbh, doesnt help that Utron got his ass kicked pretty much throughout the entire movie. Youd think a AI with his ability could have caused a lot more damage then what he did but ultimately he didnt look, sound nor feel like an avengers lv threat. And it showed.

While height certainly does help woman date enough PoS guys that they should know by now that looks arent everything.

They certainly are playable still. Its just not as easy yet for them to get their engine going. But once it does they become pretty damn good.

Maybe at the start but now? Not so much.

Calculus and hugely regretted it. Just like trigonometry despite how hard I tried I never scored higher then a D on anything material or test. Ever. It just caused me more suffering then accomplishment in the end.

At this point I couldnt care less about either anymore and just do the best I can to be as independent as possible.

It was but I prefer it introduced much later into a franchise rather than at the beginning. Particularly after the universe and characters are well established.

That and Invincible having to deal with evil multiversal dopples of himself right after proving his trust to his friends and family, then doing it all over again is not an arc Im interested in.

I was kind of hoping theyd skip the multiverse shinengians entirely tbh.

I'm pretty sure it's not Peter specifically. Like one of the episodes of the MCU's What If is about Dr. Strange trying to stop his girlfriend from dying, but every attempt ends in failure. When he finally does, his reality starts falling apart around him. They use their own phrase, but it's functionally identical to a canon event. Obviously that's a different continuity, cameos and references aside, but I think that's the idea of what they're going with.

The context of it all in that episode made sense. Mostly due to how important it was to strange and being the very catalyst to him becoming the sorcerer supreme.

But thats not really the case for Peter. Especially when said events are not Only inconsequential in the grand scheme of things both for the world or even peter himself but unnecessary even. Maybe for uncle Ben not his friend/love interest father dying.

Hell the entire premise seems counter intuitive as Peter is supposed to allow somebody to die for his development? Despite being able to save them. But also said act would go entirely against what he was meant to learn from the death in the place. So its just a weirdly contrived paradox overall.

Gonna go with Juri, sure shes crazy but seems to have tempered down now compared to SF4 or 5.

Movie was kind of mid in my opinion. Hopefully they go into more details of the plot and what exactly is so special about Peter that his actions events and mere existence put the very multiverse at stack.

Golden Sun didn't try to be a wannabe epic super ambitious game. Golden Sun was bland and plain as fuck and no one should have expected anything more from the game. You want a classic style JRPG? That's what Golden Sun was trying to be, IMO.

The game wouldnt have become a 2 parter if the developers had no intent for it beyond being a typical and classic JRPG.

To which most players then would obviously think the same. Trying to claim otherwise is like saying mass effect wasnt trying to do so.

Golden Sun beats it on all fronts in my opinion. Hell at least xeno had an interesting story on paper. Golden sun didnt have that or anything going for it.

I imagine fans will be playing this a lot longer than the 20-30hrs itll take them to platinum Spider-Man at the least. Idk about star field or how its doing know though.

I believe countrys like Singapore already have this but I forgot what its called. They take a portion of every paycheck you earn and dump it into a personal retirement account of yours that nobody can touch.

So you dont have to worry about some wolf on Wall Street playing games with it nor burdening the next generation to fund it.

Not being able to Retire sucks but its a pretty recent thing in human history tbh so idk why people arent sure what were supposed to do all of a sudden.

Worse, just a week prior they were trying still to mask their atrocities but its clear they dont care because the US is protecting them.

But that protection wont last forever and the rest of the world will remember this and it wont be pretty.

I tend to only care or worry about the things in my circle or control so no. And while I dont have tens of thousands in savings yet I can still enjoy most luxurys the wealthy so from time to time.

Just not in terms of cost.

I agree with the lack of a plan being stupid,but killing off/retiring the characters was the best move. Actors wanted to move on, and storylines needed to come to a close. Issue is they fell flat moving forward and all their attempts at a new lead failed. CM got bank but the character herself didn't end up tol popular, Boseman passed so any plans for BP went away with him (despite AFAIK him being fine with a recast), and Spidey is in legal hell so it'll probably be hard to make him the face of the series

Characters retiring or their storys coming to a close(permanently) are not things in comics, they go on infinitely. So frankly they should have been prepared to replace the actors eventually. Despite what the fans would think or say.

Not just for the heroes but villains also, killing them all off in one off storys was a dumb decision thats screwing them over hard now.

I know this seems crazy compared to most other fanchises but thats just how comics are. And if marvel wasnt willing to commit to that then it should have ended after endgame. Actually the soft reboot should have been the first thing they did after the break.

Marvel has only itself to blame for the sorry state the franchise is in now. Their lack of a plan after endgame was beyond stupid, and they realized to late that youre not supposed to kill off/retire these characters, ever.

Everything post endgame has culminated towards this final disaster before I hope they finally course correct. But its probably to late now.

I Doubt This is real, why cant she sleep on a couch or futon? This is a one bedroom, not a studio apartment.

Its still one of the best option for low income individuals in poverish neighborhoods. I joined and so did my younger brother recently. Which paid off for me, and him as well I hope.

But the next time we talk Ill be sure to tell him to serve his time, take advantage of its benefits and gtfo. Either with college or a trade line up at the exit.

Yes, though in recent years its become somewhat overrated. With low prices that arent that low anymore and you can probably find better on other occasions now.

At least nothing thats cheap enough for people to do what they did on those days in the past. Those crazy lines and store rushs Ive never seen at all personally.

It's a good thing that old heroes retire, theres only so many variations of the same peter parker/bruce wayne/clark kent story you can tell and their characters have been fully explored

Sometimes I wonder if some of those people read comics. Fans dont actually want their favorite characters to die, be replaced or retire like they do in animes passing of the torch trope.

Thats why the same heroes have been active now for decades and arent going anywhere. Ever. They may be replaced, retire or die even for a while but theyre always come back because they just arent replaceable. Peter especially.

Hell doing just that is why the MCU is currently in the gutter, realizing the mistake they made trying to do as youve described and are now course correcting.

No, the pacing was terrible, the combat deeply flawed and a story that started good but was eventually ruined by a terrible 3rd act.

I always thought star fox had more potential as a show rather then game series tbh. Its just a shame Nintendo is so stingy when it comes to adapting their IPs to other things like shows.
