Huh, so that's what that is that I keep seeing around Facebook. Got this one in 4 tries. Kinda reminds me of the game, Lingo, that used to be on GSN (or maybe it's still on?).

Today (Jan 18) is the first time I wasn't able to successfully complete it, though I do go hard mode so certainly ups the challenge... they got me this time.

Anyone who's late to the game, since the official site doesn't let you go back and do previous ones, this site does (though doesn't have a hard mode option, but I mentally do hard mode anyways)

Also I've been playing Absurdle as well. tl;dr the algorithm doesn't immediately narrow down the word based down on your guesses until you have it cornered.

First time doing it, that was fun.

First time try...and fail. Got the second letter immediately, but had trouble making progress from there. Was convinced my last guess was the only word possible left...and I was wrong.

The thing that will throw me off is is there's two of the letters used in a word, does it note that any special way?

I tried using a double-letter in one of my guesses. It said the first was correct position and the second was simply wrong.

I don't know if there can be answers with repeat letters or not, though.

Yes, I came across this when I went back at looked at prior words. I couldn't get this because I was thinking of double letters.

I don't remember what exactly my guesses were but I got it in 5 tries.
