I'm strangely ok with them kicking this already.

it's like the Raiders became the Chargers and the Ravens became the Bengals with their late game luck
And then the Delay of Game changes their mind.

A turnover or sack here would be GLORIOUS.

LOL the Raiders are forced to take a delay of game because they ran the kicker out too late and have no timeouts

lmfaooooooo

Raiders didn't tell their kicker he was kicking, had no timeouts, got a delay of game because he came out too late. Have to send the offense back out.

Or the Ravens decide to just let the game end.

Ravens looked really bad late this game.

Anticlimactic finish zzz

Lose by under a point (2nd highest scoring team this week of course)

That's just the home field advantage. Bears being -3 at home means they think these two teams are basically the same, which sounds about right.

Oh I know, but it still doesn't feel right. There isn't any reason to be trusting the Bears to actually put up points right now.

Whole lotta people streaming onto picking the Bengals so far.

I feel pretty good about Chicago. Bengals barely beat a Vikings team that destroyed itself with penalties and mistakes. They still have a long way to go for me to respect them.

Montgomery quietly rushed for over 100 yards (though he had a 40 yarder on the second offensive play). Dalton was serviceable..........at throwing 5-10 yards. He was better at that than Trubisky or Foles, but they had no big play ability, and the Rams could just chill in cover 2. Also good lord that pass D is horrifically bad. The front 7 needs to take over the opposing offense, or they will never have a shot of beating a semi-good team.

The Bengals game is worrisome too. Burrow looked pretty damn good, and his receivers are all fast as hell. Need to pray that Mack wrecks the Bengals O line, since he was basically invisible against the Rams.

I know everyone loves to hear about other people's fantasy teams.

I'm debating whether to use my #1 waiver priority on Eli Mitchell this week. Normally I wouldn't given Sermon's eventuality and the 49ers using a whole bunch of RBs, but this is a 16 team league with deep benches. Everyone you know is rostered. Everyone's back up is also rostered. I can't see another opportunity like this happening because you'd need 2 guys to go down to find someone useful.

I'd definitely do it in your scenario. Mostert is done for the season and Sermon still needs to beat out Mitchell. Worst case you snag him and flip him in a trade.

I can't imagine there being better candidates in a 16 man league. I'm way too far down the waivers in my 16 man league but I'm putting a claim in for Mitchell even though theres zero chance I get him

It's rough for sure. I wasn't the happiest person when the commish invited an extra two people in. I managed to get him to at least lower the bench count from 7 to 6, otherwise it would've been real bad.

I am also using my #1 priority on mitchell, in a 12 team. As good a bet as any to be a solid waiver pickup, and you know he's gonna be highly coveted. If nothing else then pick him up and then flip him for something you value more. But I def think he has value right now one way or the other.

Edit: I see shattered beat me to that advice lol

Yeah, I submitted the claim. Looking at the waiver wire in this league is depressing and I won't get a chance like this again this year.

pick 2:
Jamaal Williams
Elijah Mitchell
Latavius Murray

(My starters are Zeke, Ekeler and I use Edmonds for Flex - my big need is week 7 when Zeke and Ekeler are on bye)

I'd take Williams/Mitchell right now, but it's really hard to trust the 49ers backfield. Still think I trust it more than Murray in the Ravens with Bell/Freeman potentially coming in and mucking things up though.

(You'd probably be better off picking only one, pairing them with Edmonds, and using a WR as flex I think)
