I think it's Vikings regardless of how you parse a 0-0 conference record against a 0-1 one (i.e. do you take the "common sense" answer that 0-0 is better in a ".5 GB sense", or do you consider them equivalent in that both have a .000 record) because the next relevant tiebreaker would be combined points for/against ranking in the conference which in a week 1 context is "who had the closest game" which is the Vikings losing by 3.
Unless the way that tiebreaker is computed is solely within intraconference games in which case... maybe that's how you get the Lions because the Vikings were out of conference?
