Probably my 2nd fave in the film after Karen. She's awful but a hilarious kind of awful, and you even feel a little bad for her as her life reels out of control even if she deserves it. Plus it appears she genuinely changes for the better too.

She's a bitch, but an oddly endearing one. Blurring the line between "We've all had one of these in school" and parody.
(She also gets whats coming to her, so she typically avoids being genuinely disliked by the audience unlike some pretenders)
