I sold my RKT long ago :( but I bought BTC with it at 33k :)

Though selling 10 day puts of rkt looks spicy. I'm seeing those around $4.50. that would be quite the return

RKT is the company that made a Super Bowl commercial a couple years back that looked like they wanted to repeat the housing bubble of the 00s. Basically, easy credit for mortgages -> more people can buy homes -> housing prices go up -> people gain equity -> people can pay back the mortgages -> easy credit is justified -> repeat ad infinitum. The ad (don't remember if it was the same ad or another one) also showed a young child almost accidentally getting a mortgage by playing on his mom's phone.

Well, I guess as a country we've learned absolutely nothing from 2008, so it's probably a good business model.

Ends above 29 make $300. Most you can lose is $100, so each spread only costs $100 of buying power.

I actually sold a call for $36 that expires EOW because I think if there's any squeeze it actually happens next week.

Brought my cost per share down to $27. If I get the shares taken I won't be terribly upset at making $1000

From what I have heard rkt is probably not a great long term play.

Housing market is going to be less lucrative soon and it's not going to be that easy to expand into other markets

Meh. Special dividend of $1.10 coming soon as well. And I figure options will be volatile next week too

Would be surprised if my cost basis ends higher than $23 if for some reason I end up with the stock

I'm not even sure how high this one can go. The company can buyback 1 billion worth of shares. Which is kinda insane the squeeze leverage it gives if the company itself wants shorty to back up off them.

Bought 2 shares @ 29.44 this morning and almost panic sold on the tiny dip - very glad I didn't now!

So correct me if I'm wrong on this - it looks like the highest call for this is currently $36, which means that if RKT finishes the day above that, all of those options can be executed and the price will spike even more?

Will likely hold at least through end of day if that's the case.
