I'd be stunned if Watson wanted to go to the Jets. They probably have enough to give to the Texans if the front office went all-in (and they should if this at all a plausible scenario) but I'd be shocked if it actually happened.

I heard a speculation at one point that the Panthers were considering mccaffrey in the package along with multiple 1sts.
I am not a fan of how the Panthers have been since tepper took over. They aren't a QB away from competing but they act like they are, Ron didn't deserve to be fired, etc. This just seems like a regime that's one of those typical "We believe we're better than we are and we won't accept less." Like, we lost tons of talent over the past couple years, overpaid bridgewater...just rebuild, guys, come on. DOn't shell out the ass for Watson.
