I think it sucks for any parent that has to deal with children that are abusive to them, whether the child knows better or not at that point. It obviously is mentally stressful and can cause a breakdown to happen.

I don't profess to know the whole situation. I don't profess to know their lives. I think I have seen enough to believe both seem to be goofy as fuck at this point though. And, I have zero trust from either of them in regards to their home life either.

This could be a Conway is running a sex ring and pimping out her daughter or a her daughter got mad her mom took her phone because she got bad grades. Nothing at all coming from those 2 would surprise me anymore at this point. Neither has any credibility, it is getting progressively more and more absurd, and it needs to be investigated for now potential crimes with very serious consequences.

Hacked could just mean someone logged into her account. If she were hacked, it doesn't mean the video was on her phone unless you take the daughters word for it that she never sent it to someone and rule her out herself.

That said, her daughter story is probably the likeliest answer.

As far as I can tell, it was not a video, it was a picture that was sent as a "fleet" on twitter. And it was a picture of her daughters phone, with the picture displayed on the phone. Her daughter claims that her phone was taken from her after she posted videos alleging her mother was being abusive.

Sounds like the daughter took pictures of her own phone to get back at her mom

It's not impossible that her daughter took a picture of her own nude photo on her phone with a friend's phone and hacked her mom's twitter to post it to her millions of followers, but I think that is far from the most likely scenario given that most 16 year old girls would probably not want to broadcast their own nude photos to potentially millions of people to get back at their mother, and would probably not know how to get into their mother's twitter account, her mother did not care about infecting her with covid, and she has previously posted actually evidence of her mother verbally being abusive.

Being verbally abusive and being guilty of possession by having photos of your naked daughter are two entirety different things

Being verbally abusive is the lesser thing though - her mother knowingly exposed her to covid. And was verbally abusive to her while she was infected with covid. That shows a profound lack of concern for her daughter or her daughters mental or physical health. Maybe it is just because I know people who have vindictive, gaslighting, shitty parents that absolutely would want to 'punish' their children for exposing them, but none of her story seems like it isn't plausible given what we have been able to see about who Kellyanne Conway is, and how vindictive and gaslighting she seems in the videos of her abuse (nobody believes you. everyone sees you are a liar, etc.). She told her daughter "you are lucky I'm a pro-life parent." and physically hit her. She is on video telling her "you will never record another thing in your life. It is going in for fucking forensic analysis" about her daughters phone, which lends major credence to her suggesting her phone was taken from her.

Hacked is a term that gets thrown around a lot. It's entirely possible the daughter knows her mom's password or was on a device the mom's been on and has saved the credentials on it. Neither would be a hack there, just poor password management being taken advantage of. But we'll know sooner than later since CP got involved, just takes time to figure out who did what and how it got to all the places it did.
