it wasnt all bad, there were definitely some cool Wii games, but I think it mostly resulted in shallow games that were only entertaining for a short time.

I spent more time with my friends yelling at my Kinect to get it to play the Sanford and Son theme song than I did actually playing Kinect games and I dont remember what games the PS Move even had aside from Deadmuns Quest (?) which had the guy at E3 who said great job Jeremy.

micro transactions are probably worse, but I dont think theyre a fad so much as theyre the grim reality we now live in.

Amiibos are good-quality figurines, many of them for characters who would never receive one otherwise, that also costs like $20 in a market that can easily go up to $80. They're fantastic for people who like figures. I don't even care about the game functionality at all.
