So, quietly, TSA passenger numbers have started rising again. Friday set a new post-coronavirus record, breaking the record from July 4th weekend, and then Sunday beat Friday.

Chris is keeping people employed. By buying shares, he's propping up AAL's stock price, which allows them to raise money by issuing more shares and bonds, which staves off bankruptcy and more layoffs.

TA is surging after their Q2 snapshot - up ~20% as of this writing. Their backs must be killing them from carrying my portfolio so hard.

I thought Disney+ was priced to essentially advertise the rest of the Disney brand (ie somewhat of a loss leader), and was thinking the price would be attractive after brutal revenue numbers. But no, the stock is way up. I wasn't going to go hard into Disney but jeeze.

Today turned into quite a green day for me thanks to CAR rising 10% for no discernible reason. I bought some ELY ahead of their earnings tomorrow - I've been starting to play some golf and have noticed the courses are pretty busy with people unable to do indoor activities and so increasing their time spent on outdoor activities. Hopefully the earnings will be good. Also thinking about buying GPRO to capitalize on the outdoor trend.

Also, 2 of the directors that were voted onto the LK board last month resigned. There's going to be another general shareholder meeting next month and some shareholders are trying to get the independent director who was running the audit reinstated. No idea what's actually going on at LK. Stock is back to $2.23 but I don't think I'm touching this one above $1.50.

I know as far as Disney is concerned, their big news was that despite cancellations being high, people are still booking future vacations at a more than profitable rate.

I wouldn't even be surprised if AAL went back down below 12 tbh. It is like it has these moments of clarity of "oh duh this is undervalued" and then everyone has covid and it gets sad again.

If the Coronavirus Relief bill gets agreed to before the market ends Friday, we could hit 28k on the Dow.

I feel like AAL is somewhat overvalued - they were in rough shape before this all happened. But I think they are a good investment right now because you will have an opportunity to sell in the 20s. My airline stocks are LUV and SAVE right now. A lot less room to grow with LUV but it's a good company and if phase 3 trials aren't strong, I feel like they'd actually survive the next year.

so my hot predix is tat AAL will give you a juicy return but you'll have to act quickly. a lot of the upside is going to be realized early instead of long term.

NCLH earnings tomorrow morning I think.

I think Visa is a good stock to own on any dips or bad news days. Maybe there isn't a TON of upside but I feel like that's an easy 10-20% in the next year with like no downside unless vaccines don't work at all.

Yeah, want to say that you were correct not to go all-in on it. You still get where you want to go doing 50% instead of 100%, it just takes you two big gains instead of one. But when you get there you stay there (or, you drop back down and then go up again). With 100% risked eventually you'll hit a disastrous trade and it will be very hard to make up that loss.

Holy shit the AVCT warrants nearly tripled today and I almost threw 20k at them just to sell in the morning at like .45 or something. Hindsight is a royal bitch huh

E: But if the AVCT common stock goes to 20 then warrants are 8 to 10. Goddamn still tempting to 8x your money.

How many shares you got Chris? I thought this was your millionaire maker stock.

But congrats at playing this stock way smarter than me. My average was like 5 lmao. Though I also bought a 1000 more shares at 7 from pure saltiness of not getting 3.5k more shares today so there's that. Have a stop limit set to break even on it in the case there's a dip tomorrow. But I'm expecting a gap up.

Just 500 shares. I am a big believer in it but I went hard into aal for a number of reasons. Some I regret but also I probably will see that work out okayish for me.

Daaaang man I figured you had more than me at 5500. Ah well. Yeah, AAL will triple in time for sure, but I'm not playing those rebound stocks until we start getting some good moves. Well, I do have 100 shares currently but that's more just to monitor it and not forget it on my watchlist! Definitely gonna be tricky to time and I'll probably be a little late to the party because they'll move fast when everything starts lining up again for them, so I don't blame ya getting in now, I'm just too excited about other opportunities in the market.

And guys I seriously may not be able to sleep tonight I'm too damn excited.
