I was actually somewhat hyped for Ni no Kuni (at least for the Ghibli connection) and dropped it after about 10 hours... it was just really, really bland. It surprises me enough people remembered it to nom it for the contest to be honest. Bastion (and especially the developer's follow up, Transistor) I quite enjoyed though.
