Lolo being scum would explain why Red didnt reveal his scan. He would have known Lolo visited Chris night 1 if Lolo was his teammate. Thats a good eye by Corrik.

Red claimed one person visited Chris. He knew Lolo was it. So when he put his fake claim out there he was fishing to see if anyone else would spill the beans about being an extra visitor. Once again, Reds biggest tell is role fishing. Really should have spotted it immediately because I was too afraid of killing a claimed scanner.

Cam, just claim and help us sort this out.

I dunno about all of this but it does explain why the role re-director visited Chris the same night as the killer. Red wasn't there to kill Chris. He was there in case Chris was a vig to redirect the shot.

I can't find any precedent online for a Bodyguard being able to stop a Poisoning, btw.

But after Luis died Day 1, there is no way that Scum held back on their extra kill.

So Chris was 100% poisoned.

but if he was bodyguarded by Lolo, why wasn't Lolo dead instead of Chris?

So it goes no where.

So, I immediately thought Lolo was lying cuz I knew Chris was an unavoidable death Night 2 because my role is if my target is killed the night I target them. They die the following night instead.

This is why I told Chris repeatedly he was dead after day 2.

I knew he was dead.

However, upon resolving some mechanics questions. Lolo if he protected Chris night 1 wouldn't have mattered cuz the strongman would have bypassed his bodyguard. And this my role would have delayed his death a night.

I thought Lolo was lying cuz I thought he would have took the kill night 1 instead of me delaying it. But, it bypassed his bodyguard. I failed at remembering the strongman in regards to his bodyguard.

Thus, Lolo is actually town. I am town. Chris was strongmanned night 1.

I used my ability on lopen night 2. I assumed 5tar was too obvious a target and lopen would be their kill choice.

Hmm. Nope. I don't think your interpretation of events is accurate. That means scum used their N2 kill on dowolf? I don't see that as being likely. Dowolf (and scare before him imo) seem more like SK kills to me. I don't think scum with all the targets they have think removing a confirmed town with nothing else really going for him is the strongest play.

Ok, so apparently the game got interesting while I read up on Tom. I just read all of this topic.

I'm with HB and Puns that Cam is effectively miller. Cam has been a strong town read. I haven't seen anything from him to imply he's likely to think up insane gambits. So the simple explanation of him being scum is trying to get ahead of the flavor scanner. This is still a possibility, but when crazy stuff happens you should not forget what you thought before. I had a strong read of Cam is town but not actually reading the game well. He got caught arguing logic with Corrik. For once Corrik was actually making some sense. Cam didn't understand it. Cam didn't seem to get the idea of his role as a miller. So, staying away from voting him.

In the same boat, I had a mostly strong read that HB was town. For similar reasons. People were accusing him of things that simply weren't true upon a closer reread. In particular Red was. When Chris et al started a train on HB, I initially agreed. I asked the general population and then Red in particular, would HB be the kind of player to know the difference between hunting scum vs hunting bad town. Red said he absolutely would. I was ready to vote HB then. But I didn't like Red, so I reread HB a little. HB totally explained why he thought the actions were scummy and not just bad town. His thoughts were not very strong and lead me to believe he wasn't a great player. But it also made me think that people voting him or at least Red were looking to throw shade and weren't being genuine. I've seen nothing to move me off of this.

Lolo's claim makes the least sense. I had no read on him before this to rely on either. Lolo could be scum trying to confuse everything before we realize that we shouldn't lynch HB or Cam.

I need more time to parse Corrik to see if I buy his claim or not.
