This topic is getting away from me again but can i at least say that I think attacking Voldemort for the Harry Potter angle is dumb when I doubt Han would divide flavors in such a straight way.
Cam claiming Voldemort itself is the weird thing here.

No point of a flavor scanner if no split and the flips so far support a split.

just quickly did a google search of Mafia Forum Game and Opera Singer and got the role of Singer that popped up which i've never heard of before and apparently its Town alligned but when its night killed it reveals a random town role to the scum team.

dunno if we want to factor that into anything.

I'm really confused how Opera Singer even came up. It doesn't seem like something you'd fakeclaim as early as Cam did, which leads me to believe it's his actual role as scum or town. It was weird enough and compatible enough with my PM that I bought it and have been giving Cam a free pass the whole dang game. I'm blanking on what an Opera Singer flavor would be here though. I thought Phantom of the Opera but apparently that's French.

....or is Opera Singer one of those weird renames from Werewolf and other sites and stuff and he's really just been claiming a common role this whole time

It's a miller by scan. Not by role. Basically an uninformed miller if so.

Though I dont like Cam saying he didnt see the Harry Potter claim, even if I think overlapping books can exist.(and HB is likely scum anyway)

Ok, I was trying to decide between Lopen and Ulti. I WAS planning on voting Ulti. I thought his vote on Tom was worse than Lopen's. Ulti has been on my scum radar for longer, even if he had lowered himself on it.

Anyway, so I've spent the last however long ISOing Tom to see who's been talking about him. Lopen and Sultan were on Tom since D1 it appears. Chris lost his conviction that Tom was town, though I'm not sure he wasn't trying to set a trap on people. My theory is that scum is trying to mislynch Tom. He's had enough suspicion thrown on him consistently, but I just don't see much credible thrown his way at all.

So, I started primarily looking a little before Red claimed. After I finish that, I'll go back and try to find the post D2 where Chris removed his assertion that Tom was definitely town. That'll take me longer to find though.

Cam is already on Tom.

SBell thinks Tom took a quote of his out of context and that looks scummy. SBell pressed Tom a bit more after this. Including asking Tom a question about his vote on Red and deciding that 15 minutes had passed without a response meant Tom was avoiding the question. Tom does respond, and I don't see SBell ever picking it back up.

A lot of people have jumped off Red because of the watcher claim. Lopen is willing to vote Tom since he think Red and Tom are scum together. He seems to think that flipping Tom scum will help him get Red lynched D3.

Ulti says sounds good and he votes Tom. He doesn't give a lot of reasoning. I really didn't like this post.

Lopen votes Tom now too.

Apparently Chris' approval of pressuring Tom comes now. I don't know why I thought it came before the Red stuff.

Lea could be persuaded into going after Tom. Her reasoning has to do with D1 interactions between her and Chris. I think Tom and Lea had this discussion again during D3.

Chris asks for Tom to claim.

Puns asks why people are voting Tom? Is it connected to Red?

Tom says he'd rather not claim.

Lea snipes back at Tom a bit.

Tom tells Puns that Lopen doesn't understand him.

Tom responds to Lea. Again I think most of the stuff happening here (in topic 9) happened again at the beginning of D3.

Cam says he wants Tom to be town, while his vote is still on Tom.

Tom thinks the push on him has weird timing because it happened after I said I needed to be away from the game for the day.

Lopen thinks he has Tom caught on a progression of reads on Red over the course of the game.

Tom and Lopen go back and forth a little. It's also pretty similar to how they went back and forth beginning of D3.

Lea asks Tom why he thinks she's more scummy than MZero? Tom says because he played like this last game. Lea says that Corrik says MZero is not the same as last game. Tom doesn't agree. Says maybe he feels differently because he was scum last game.

Lopen is still going after Tom.

Lea and Tom and some others have a quick discussion about MZero.

Tom has to leave because he's with other people and he's been away on his phone for too long already.

Ben says I thought we town cleared Tom already based on me and Chris' reads. Now he's wondering if that was wrong.

Puns reads all of Lopen's arguments and doesn't seem to be convinced by them.

Tom pops in and says again that Lopen is completely misreading him.

HB seems unconvinced of the arguments for Tom or against Tom and wants Puns' opinion on Tom.

I come back. I declare I'm staying on Red and that I don't like the train on Tom.

I try to explain to Lopen he's wrong on Tom.

Puns responds to HB and says he doesn't have a strong read on Tom either way.

Cam pops in and says he still thinks Tom is scum.

Ben does understand how roommate powers work. He thinks I'm probably scum, but still somehow thinks Tom could be scum with me.

HB agrees.

I try again to explain it to Lopen.

Lopen goes back to arguments against Tom based on Red. Eventually though he hops back on Red before the 5tar claim comes back

5tar has claimed. Corrik wants more information. Tom accuses him of fishing. Corrik says 5tar could be misunderstanding something. We don't know because he won't tell. Also, Corrik thinks Red is town.

Lopen is happy to kill Red and wants to pressure Tom D3, which of course he did.

Dowolf has no opinion on the Tom stuff.

SBell thinks Tom might be trying too hard to look like town by being the fish police.

Tom is less concerned about Corrik's fishing after Corrik explained why he was asking the questions he did.

Tom and Corrik go back and forth. But nothing too much interesting. A funny line though, Corrik is so scummy he must be town.

Tom is up for going after SBell D3.

Sultan approves of the train on Tom.

Ulti asks Chris where he stands on me and Tom.

Tom is surprised that Lopen was convinced that he misunderstood Ben, but couldn't understand the same about him. And by surprised I mean he thinks it's scummy.

Red claimed scum and pretty much killed good content for the rest of the day.

I don't think Chris directly answered Ulti.

The rest of the day is a variety of scum and town reads in list form. And a lot of joke posts.

So of all the interactions with Tom, I think Ulti looks the worst followed by Lopen. Cam I get a null tell from all of this but I already had a strong town read on him. I don't like SBell's interactions too much. I lean town on both Ben and HB. Corrik and Tom here is a null to me, but again I already had a strong town read on him.

TLDR: Based on interactions with Tom

Ulti > Lopen > SBell > Lea lean scum on. Given 5tar's scan on Ulti, Lopen and Sbell are higher on my scum list.

Ben I still read pretty null, but lean slightly town. HB I already read strong town and I'm reinforced in that read.

Cam, Corrik, and Puns I keep to my previous reads.

then again scum tom doesn't come up with the Lynch trap on Corrik last game except I did
