I disagree with this. Ulti claimed Thanos as miller in Avengers End Game mafia. I would do something weird like claim voldemort is town as scum if I thought I could get away with it. It's not that he made the claim that makes him town. It's who he is combined with making the claim. I had been reading him as town. Given the claim I'll lead towards the town version of the claim.

Although, given the amount talk it got at the end of topic 2 and his posts no later than 2 hours after, I do have a suspicion he willfully avoided the issue more than actually missed it. I don't necessarily think that's a scumtell though if he was already paranoid about his role being perceived as scum, assuming he had some trust of Hbthebattle going in, which I need to look into.

I legitimately don't think I am so unsure that Cam wouldn't be trying to take a page from Ulti after we stomped him and his town team so easily and gloriously, shattering all his bravado in the path of our destruction.

Such strong, amazing town. Definitely the best here and most town cleared for suspecting red because he "threatened him" and on day 1 with no info just randomly tossed out Luis' name!

so red claims in topic 9 and I polled the responses:
Lea okays it for now. Ulti also submits to the circumstances. Neutral reaction, no points gained or lost.

Ben goes back to voting Mzero and basically allows an opening for red still being a scumwatcher. I dont like this at all.

Lopen immediately doesnt buy it. Positive reaction. Dont think scum hardlines red when the vibe already is being lenient towards him.

HB doesnt even make clear if he believes red, but he sounds like he does. Sbell doesnt say anything diretcly either. They both are more interested in clearing up why chris could by only targeted by one player. Sbell did at least wonder about who red saw targeting Chris, but left it to everyone else to ask red about it.

Corrik was already on reds side and is even moreso now.

Tom doesnt mention red, just mentions Lea and Ben both already talking about a doc flipping on night2(which was odd mind you). He eventually votes Pez. Also unsure about this, but it doesnt look too bad.

Puns finds reds claim too convenient. Decent reaction, if not a late one.

Cam still wonders if red is being sacrificed as scum.

Pez comes back late but makes a big show of not buying red and pointedly not unvoting him. Perhaps a bit overdramatic, but I do like it.

Mzero and Lolo dont come back in time to comment on red before 5tar drops the flavorcop scan.

So all in all I like Pez and Puns a little bit more. Already recalled Lopen having good reactions to Reds claim. Didnt gleam much from most other players, except I found Sbells reactions a bit foul and Bens kinda smelly as well.

What reaction would you guys expect? Like the scum tell if he didn't react to the HB claim is huh maybe he isn't really Voldemort. But do you really doubt that's his flavor? Like I understand doubting if that flavor is scum or not, particularly if Lolo is telling the truth. She (Lily) literally body guarded Harry from Voldemort. It's very on the nose. But why would a voldemort be weirded out that a Harry villager claimed? I'm not sure it would be a tell either way.

Cam, I think you may be town. I know we butt heads a lot because we both play in generally out there ways. While I tend to play from the shadows with ploys a lot, you seem to play more by having a strong gut and following it.

I think where you lose me a lot is that your read is a gut reading and you try to find a way to justify it, which can result in some very illogical arguments. (Ex: Town Vanilla argument, red threatening argument). This causes me to doubt you and fight back against your logic and ultimately all your reads.

However, your gut seems to be right a good bit and that can be an asset. Let's try to work together. We can try to employ your gut feelings and anything I can contribute together to get things done.

Seems so long ago I extended this guy an olive branch. Yet, he was so nice to give us this...

Supposedly not only is he the best and analyzed the game to find scum so valiantly. Him and Lolo (who granted was afk) never even knew HB claimed Harry Potter, despite the significant time taken to discuss it and whether or not Harry Potter would be Vanilla!

I dunno how though

I mean, I feel like I did everything right

Day 1 I kept the game in front of me, didn't let anyone get by just skating along

That accountability lead to a list of at least 2/4 Mafia in crunch time

Then Day 2 I did analysis that had at least 1 of the three question mark associations flip Mafia

I just don't understand what more I could do

Or what I could have done better

I thought it was more or less flawless

So I'm led to believe that even a flawless effort and performance will mean nothing in the metric of perception

So what's the point if I get it right but fail anyway?

I believe we had a discussion regarding this. That Camarija by all accounts should have seen that claim and his choice to not acknowledge it or respond to it... can't be scummy... because it is imaginary dragons and dancing squirrels. or whatever.

Given how little Mzero and Sbell did with red, I hesitate to decide between them. But both can be scum as far as I can see. Leaning sbell for now, but again thats mostly due to him sticking out more.
