It's a rare thing indeed for me to pity a Legend of Zelda character, but Ganondorf's caused just that twice in a row now.

Snake losing was the final nail in my bracket's coffin, so all I care about at this point is rooting for preferred characters and fun upsets.

I don't even think it's a guarantee that tomorrow's match will be sprites. Could just be a choice made for this one considering all the characters originated from sprite games.

I never understood why Ganon's sprite pic hurts him so badly. With Solid Shit, it's pretty understandable because few people have played the original Metal Gear on NES (around a 42% playrate) so not many people recognize Snake from his NES game appearances.

Zelda 1 is no Metal Gear - it has around a 76% playrate on this site, so a good portion of the site should have recognized Ganondorf's sprite from that game.

But it;s not Ganondorf. It's crapyp Pig Ganon from LoZ. Not even Pig Ganon from LttP

When people hear of Ganondorf they think of Most notably the OoT Ganondorf.

You have a picture of OoT Ganondorf then he has some serious legs to stand on.
