Just saw it, and I would say it was a slightly above average episode at best - really not all that much happened. It looks like some things are being set up for future episodes though, which the upcoming switch will probably mean some of them don't happen anyway.

Was it that obvious? Myself and Rob C. both thought it was Lauren but I guess I was overlooking the edit.

I feel like Ben is getting screentime because he is in a power position I don't know why that's a bad thing. Last week it was Chrissy.

I also thought it was Lauren because I'm so used to these decoy boots amounting to nothing at this point (I was assuming Patrick was the decoy of course) until the dramatic music started to build at TC and I knew Patrick was gone.

Kinda this. I did it pretty quickly, by which I mean I ran down the list of winners in my head and put them into a house. The entire process took about three minutes from the time I had the idea to the time I hit "Post Message."

One thing I'm hopeful for: the preview showed the three tribes arriving at the tribe swap with the challenge set up for three tribes to compete. So hopefully the swap switches from 3 tribes to 3 tribes, rather than doing the whole 3 to 2 (with one at exile) that they've done a couple times now.

I like a three-to-two tribe swap, but hate it when Exile gets thrown into the equation. A 3-to-3 swap would be interesting, but someone will get swapfucked hardcore (my money's on Devon).

I believe it is going to be a 3 to 3 because they all have tribe names but they haven't used them yet which is different than the typical Triple B seasons.

Rewatching Cagayan now and they were called Beauty, Brains, and Brawn as opposed to Solana, Lose-on, and Aparri until the swap.

Was flicking through channels last night and saw some of the Australian Survivor contestants on an "All-Star" episode of Family Feud. The contestants did come up with some interesting responses at times. Funniest of these was probably Tara's who had to name a creature that can live both on land and in water. She came up with "Crabs", but her comment before answering was this was something all the contestants got on the show (she meant that they all had these to eat apparently. She realised pretty quickly what she had said was not exactly right).

Aimee's response to "Name something you associate with David Bowie" (she said "David") was kind of funny too. Not surprisingly this one got 0.

Was probably funnier to see these on the show than my retelling to be honest. Not a show I usually watch, but I had nothing better to do at the time though, and it was entertaining enough. It's probably available somewhere to download if anyone really wanted to see it.

Even in the lower left. It always said "Beauty" "Brains" and "Brawn." Trust me, I rewatched all of the pre-merge straight-shot on Sunday. Finished watching Tony blindsiding LJ this morning.

Was following Survivor AU folks on Twitter last night and saw that also. I believe it was Tara that posted it? There's not much of a Twitter thing for Survivor AU, it seems, which I found odd (was avoiding it because I didn't want to be spoiled before I watched episodes by "highlights"). Only odd thing was that it was four-person teams instead of the usual five. At least they picked the right four from Asaga (Jericho, Luke, Michelle, Sarah - all candidates for a returning player season). Samatau was Tara, Aimee, Tarzan, and... Locky?

I'll try to watch that when I have time, if I can figure out a way. Might be on YouTube soonishly, but it won't stay up for long.

I have six entries I would consider for the list. I kept my scope to like, final 6 or later because earlier than that isn't so much flashy as it is making a big move. Flash, to me, only starts towards the endgame when a player needs to make their case for the jury.

So for me, the list would be (in chronological order):

Richard stepping down at the F3 and openly explaining why

Chris giving Julie her hat back

Todd flattering JR speechless

Sandra 2.0 openly mocking Russell all post-merge and STILL being brought to the finals

Tony wearing his fake idol to the F4 and admitting it was fake after the vote

Natalie A. idoling out Baylor after announcing her puppet mastery

I am a college dropout and I will never get on the show because in humid climates, I can't handle physically intensive activities even with temperatures in the 70s. I would be medevac'd from the boat before they started filming.

Just want to get it on record on the off chance it becomes super obvious tonight

I'm picking Jessica as my winner. I'm getting Michelle vibes from her. The showmance angle is concerning but I think she is already making headway in getting past that. I think Chrissy and Ali have good shots too, but one of them would be the Aubry in this scenario. They seem like red herrings, getting a bit more attention thanks to getting the super idol and going to two tribals respectively. I'm also not buying the Ryan edit, he and Devon remind me of David and Ken. He will make the end though.

I just have a gut feeling about Desi, based on her edit prior to this episode, followed by an overconfident confessional immediately post-swap (when post-swap is exactly when under-edited young girls like her tend to get booted.)
