Prince 2 is fine. He's a legend. Whatever. Legends are allowed to be good. I've been wrecked by that deck a lot, but you don't see me complaining about it because one card being good without RNG is perfectly fine.

Hell if you want a non-RNG card nerfed, Bonemare is a much better target. 9 power/health and taunt for 7 mana with no drawback is idiotic.

Princ is played on turn 2 and requires no interaction or special criteria except having no other two cost cards something that is easy to do now in several decks. Basically its a card you play like in the early game to secure a win. Its simply too good for what it does for the cost. If you want to know how good it is. Im pretty sure having prince on two secures more wins than not drawing patches before you play a pirate.

Bonemare is a 7 mana card that requires another minion to be good. Again 7 mana that allow the opposing player to have actual interaction to try to deny a good bonemare turn.

I play King Krush. And after it dies I can play Abominable Bowman + Play Dead + Play Dead for 9 mana and 16 damage charge. This does not often work out this way, but it's a pretty fun finisher if it comes down to it.

Climbing up and basically every person I see has the legend card back. I guess it's to be expected when its like the third of the month but it does get kind of annoying.

Conversely I just threw together a deck and won 5 in a row in my first sitting since the last patch. I won all 5 with the only RNG effect I used being adapt a friendly minion.

So I hit rank 5 in a Raza mirror that only went to turn 6.

Like we both played Kazakus on our 4s he plays his and kills my dude and summons back Kazakus and an acolyte. He has like 9 cards in his hand. It's mine turn. The following things happened after that

1. I attack into it with my tar creeper drawing him a card.
2. I drop Wild Pyromancer
3. I play PWS on his Tar creeper milling him a card (Shadowreaper)
4. I heal my Pyromancer for free (played raza on my 5)
5. I play Holy Smite on the acolyte drawing two cards (lyra and something else).

Other guy concedes.

hmm... sounds familiar...

also 3 of his 4 twelve win runs were mage death knight decks. the remaining one was his deck with five bonemares. the only two losses that the five bonemare deck had were against mage death knight decks.

The thing is you play a deck that has long games. Long games are more prone to minor misplays and are also more prone to RNG effects showing up making you feel like that is why you lost even if a misplay you made 5-10 turns earlier actually impacted the result just as much.

More like point out how you said you were fine -- more than a few times in the past -- with draw luck. If this isn't a skill game because of draw luck, neither is any other card game. Ulti, face it, you're just a hypocrite that wants to rage at your losses.

Ulti's inferiority complex needs some serious help. I'm not joking here I really hope he gets help for that because the overcompensation to justify every single loss in a digital card game as not his fault is just getting sad.

And then he's either going to ignore this post or go out of his way to argue that "I don't complain about EVERY loss" because arguing semantics to feed denial is more important than recognizing that you have a problem.

I'm not trying to be a dick here but Ulti I think you have some serious problems you need to work out. Hearthstone does not seem to be a healthy outlet for you right now. I recognized that Dota was not healthy for me when I would get so mad after losses sometimes that I would actually call in sick to work.

Please just take a deep breath and seriously consider if this is a source of stress that you need or if you're just trying to prove something to someone.

You're not wrong but I am legitimately way better than I used to be. I quit dota for a very similar reason.

I am 50/50 in this game so I could brag about good beats and too decks if you really want me to. I've won something like 20 games now where I pull Twisting Nether on the turn I would have lost.

Just queued against a Jade Druid. Why anyone runs that deck when everyone is using Geist is beyond me.

And since you guys want good stories more often, I am the king of ripping good stuff with Gnome. After I played Geist, I ripped a Swipe and DK Malfurion off this poor bastard. Then he made the mistake of playing UI and forgot he had no actual way of winning at that point.

Every time I think of cutting Geist because I run into so few Jade Druids, it beats a Shaman for me by accident. I also *love* the Howlfiend-Treachery-Defile combo. If you're ahead in tempo and pull that off it's almost impossible to lose.

Hit rank 4. Think I went like 6 and 2 (started at 2 stars). But games have become noticeably more difficult and i'm not simply running over people. However, I am also like getting the same people in a row a lot so I'm guessing there are not a lot of people around this rank yet.
