maybe. I'll look through my Wild Legendaries again next time I play and see if there's any I really don't plan on ever using again. but I already dusted a few of them just to craft the DK card itself, and prince valanar.

it was supposedly good in this deck but honestly I can say I regret the decision now, yeah. I've already thought about cutting the card from my list. I rarely ever get him to actually heal me, and even if he does the 4 extra health has not made a difference in a single game. the best benefit I can say I've gotten is some vaguely defined bait for hard removal -- people using spells to get rid of prince 4 and then not having them to deal with later, bigger threats.

I just had someone play a Doomguard, discarded his second Doomguard, then eventually he played a third Doomguard. He had no discover effects.

Don't even try telling me this game is skill based.

honestly I hate the idea of discarding my own cards. I don't run anything that does it. the only way I'd run Doomguard would be as part of a Krul blitz.

I'm at 10, used the full combo to discard mage's entire hand and then I cleared the board.

Top decks glyph into greater arcane missiles, which is 9 damage plus hero power to win.

Not a skill game, and whining about druid ensures all games being randomized wins instead of ANY player skill deciding wins. Good job to this terrible community for completely ruining a good meta where RNG was eliminated.

Player skill is no factor in who wins or loses in Hearthstone.

Playing hunter is like a coinflip. Something like a 70% winrate going first but 38% going second.

I'd like to go through some of the more popular decks now

1. Play cheap cards and hit your opponent in the face and they can't do anything about it.
2. Shuffle your hand into your deck and bore your opponent and they can't do anything about it.
3. Get two turns in a row and they can't do anything about it.
4. Play a 2 mana card and sometimes more than once and your opponent can try to win the board but usually can't.

5. Summon minions from your deck in weaker form and then revive them at full strength and your opponent can very rarely do anything about it.

6. Play a deck that was nerfed but still probably too strong as it spawns endless large minions and the only way to really do something about it is play a questionable tech card right now.

If I have to choose between having a bunch of powerful degenerate decks being viable and curvestone, I have to pick the first option. Playing fair is generally pretty boring.

The lack of targeted hand disruption and opposing turn interaction is always going to be a huge buff to these decks though.

I've got that quest to play 8+ cost minions, and two 40g quests I don't want to finish so I can hopefully reroll into something higher, one of which is win three games in any class. Easy enough, this is a simple quest to lose games with seeing as I'm just ramping until the minions any way.

Two of my first three games froze at the finding opponent scroll, and when I came back I won both of them. I'm going to win three games when I'm actively trying not to.

Normally with the decks I play, I hate getting Army of the Dead off of the Lich King. So of course I get it constantly, I'd say 50% of the time isn't exaggerating at all. When I'm just trying to finish that stupid 8+ cost quest though? And the Jade Druid I matched with double shuffles his Jade Idols so I don't really feel any pressure? Finally a time to use it.

Choice, mainly. I can hero power along with the 8 cost cards so I mostly included them over the 9/10s, and I don't know if Lumberers and Giants count once they're discounted so I left them out. As far as replacements...

Rogue is now the most popular class in HS, passing Priest. Feels weird seeing Valeera on the Frozen Throne.

Also, gonna be honest: I like this meta. It's not as good as Ungoro's was but now every class feels viable to an extent. Only real downside is it's so highrolly

I don't know what thoughtseize is, but one thing Hearthstone does not need is more tutor effects. The ones that already exist create some very degenerate decks. Curiously, it's actually part of the reason I'm somewhat in favor of RNG effects.

tutoring in the strictest sense would actually be better than what we have right now.

tutoring would actually cause the priest to pull a spell out of their deck. this brings them to fatigue quicker and does not add extra resources to their deck. similar to how forge of souls works.

what we have now, stuff like shadow visions, allows them to discover an extra card and add it to their hand. not only does this pad them against fatigue but it generates extra resources instead of limiting them to the 2 copies of spells per deck, which is the normal restriction.

Thoughtseize is a targeted discard from your opponent's hand. However, that's an area of interaction with your opponent beyond "SMOrc or freeze" so it's never going to happen.

Rogue has become by far the most popular deck on ladder right now probably becaus it's fast. I don't even think the matchup versus priest is that good because priest naturally has a lot of tech for it. However I still think prince two is a dumb card that I think should be nerfed.

Does Prince really need to be nerfed? The only time I've played against that deck where shit seemed bad was the double Shadowstep game I ran into, and I'd rather they look at Shadowstep first. That card could join Ice Block in the hall next year and I'd be completely happy with it.

Just had the most satisfying win ever. He's quest mage. Ripped both Simulacrum with Gnomes, ripped both Sorcerer's Apprentice with Dirty Rats, then went full combo and discarded Antonidas, Fireball, Fireball, Pyroblast.

I am in love with my current terrible deck.

It is a hunter deck.
It runs only 1 beast.
That beast is King Krush.

I play King Krush. And after it dies I can play Abominable Bowman + Play Dead + Play Dead for 9 mana and 16 damage charge. This does not often work out this way, but it's a pretty fun finisher if it comes down to it.

I also run Hunter DK for a late game value engine to win certain slow match ups.

My biggest issue has been deciding to do with the neutral minions that I have to run since I'm not running the normal beasts. At first I was running an elemental beast package which was mostly tech'd as anti aggro. It had mixed results and i've moved onto a pirate package which is working reasonably well.

Barely over 50% with it, even at lower ranks, but it is such a joy to play right now. I'd like to take it to rank 10 if possible.

My deck name is Return of the King, for obvious reasons.
