Literally stealing tax money

As far as I am aware, it is against the law for the president to disregard court orders. But then, he pardoned someone who was in contempt of court, so I really shouldn't be surprised.

Executive privilege. In matters like this, the president literally does not have to do anything.

Don't believe he can actually invoke it for something like this, which is likely why they're trying to refuse in such a roundabout way

We asked for the Mar-a-Lago visitor records.

We got none.

We sued.

We got 22 names.

Back to court.

Think we're starting to see what happens when people at the top decide to flat-out ignore the systems of checks and balances that can be used against them.

I'm not even sure what you guys are referring to. Some dude said he likes boobs on a news interview?

Some dude was invited onto CNN to discuss Jemele Hill.

He said he believes above all things in the First Amendment and in Boobs (which he has said multiple times beforehand). That Jemele shouldn't lose her job because she should have the right to say whatever she wants to due to the First Amendment, but that he believes ESPN has erred because they fired Curt Schilling for his comments while not firing her which is a contradiction.

He basically was saying you can say whatever you want but that your job has the right to terminate you for it if they feel it is offensive. That ESPN is picking and choosing what is offensive based on political ideology. And, her cutting him off, muting him, and removing him from the show kind of played into that he should be able to say whatever he wants and it is on the company to choose what is offensive and to remove the commenter from the air.

He was removed for saying he believed in boobs as a Conservative (when Griffin or whatever was not removed for repeating nipples over and over or the person who talked about piercing nipples on air), Jemele Hill was not removed for calling the President a White Supremacist.

He kind of proved his point that what is offensive is being clearly dictated moreso by the political ideology the person coming from is in stating it and the results differ varying on that.

Did he prove his point?

Schilling made many racist and bigoted comments over the time where he received warnings/suspensions, so...

There's no contradiction. Schilling wasn't fired for his first remark. He was fired for like, his thirtieth. He was becoming a major problem for the company and had been given multiple chances to stop, and he chose not to.

ESPN’s Mike Ditka won’t be appearing on ESPN’s Sunday and Monday NFL Countdown anymore — something he said through the network is his choice.

Instead, he’ll be appearing on SportsCenter.

“This new role is really a blessing,” Ditka said in a statement released by ESPN. “It’s something I asked for. After many years of weekend travel, I’m thrilled I’ll get to watch NFL games on Sundays and Monday nights in the comfort of my own home. I enjoy being part of the game and part of ESPN. I really do. So this is a great solution.”

Schilling compared Muslim Extremists to Nazis. Suspended.

Retweeted a meme with a comment I personally agree with and most conservatives do. Fired.

I am sorry it is super offensive that he said he thinks men should pee in men's restrooms to you. I, however, do not find it to be at all.

Everyone should find it offensive for an analyst to state your President is a White Supremacist with zero proof of the allegation.

I think a lot more people should find calling extremists like Nazis less offensive than calling a core subgroup of Republicans like ISIS.

I don't understand your argument. The argument is that the sex you are born as is incontrovertibly your actual gender whether you choose to undergo changes or so on of the contrary. That the bathroom laws regard to sex and that you should pee in the one of your sex.

That said, you can go back and look. I said I do not specifically care if a state says that whoever can use whatever bathroom as I could care less if it doesn't affect me. However, I do believe you SHOULD use the restroom of your own sex and be considered of your own sex when it comes to sports, requirements, and so on.

It is a biological fact of what sex you are at birth and no amount of changes will ever change what you were born as, no matter how much someone wants it to.

Is that offensive to a transgender person? I am sure it is.

Is it offensive if a doctor tells a fat patient they are fat and need to lose weight? I am sure it is.
