The UCA fans have nothing to fear now, because the king has been uncrowned, and the throne at the top of the mountain belongs once again to your SIX TIME heavyweight champion, yours truly Zero Signal, the king slayer! I have no clue what the future holds for me in these final few months of the UCA, but rest assured I will defend this title with honor and wrestle every match like it's my last one! davidponte 09/04/17 2:11:37 PM #109:	I show up when it matters. I get results when I need them. When they mean something. This win means a couple things. I felt lost after my Undisputed Title loss. It wasn't just that where I once had a singular focus and drive, I now had none, but there was also an underlying fear within me. A fear that my time was up, that I'd served my time as champion and that I'd float into irrelevancy, never to matter again in the UCA, to taste a big victory. I've said it a hundred times and I'll say it again: I've worked hard to get where I am. I didn't want that hard work to not matter anymore, and that's where Solio came in. My initial assumption was that my fears had manifested in front of me. An old veteran would come in, and use his brand name appeal and stories of times past to shoot past me, certainly undeserved, and he wouldn't be the first. That's why I challenged him to prove himself, and played the gatekeeper role. If he could show that he was still hungry, still willing to put in the time and not coast on his name, then I would've had no problem taking a loss there. He did just that, and yet, I came out on top. That fear after that championship match loss is no longer present. I know I can still compete, know that with continued hard work I can still be at the top, still win meaningful matches, and eventually, become champion again. I also know now that there are cases where superstars from the past still care, and are ready to be here day in and day out with the rest of us. UCA Title will be determine by a tournament. LW Title will be determined by a battle Royal. Now, because the MM and MW titles are now merged, we have decided that we are going to go an alternate route: We will be doing a reverse lock-box, chase. The person with the most votes will get the first pick of a lock-box and this will continue until all four boxes are claimed. The participants in the Reverse Lock-Box chase will be the men who have lost the first round of the UCA title Tournament and the losers of the LW Battle Royal. We have 10 people in our HW Division. With DP as our MM champion and CPU refusing all titles the following is the random seeding determined by random.org. And I am glad that, unlike in his match against Boko, he brought his best. It shows that the young talent of the UCA all have a bright future, even if the UCA no longer has a future of its own. That makes an old veteran like me happy. I am glad to take that loss to David with dignity, because David is a great competitor, and when he brings his best, he really brings something great to this ring. I can talk all the trash I want about him, but I respect him. Perhaps by the time we write the final chapter of this epic story of the UCA, his name will be held in the history books on the same level as Dp, XIII, and myself. But, in spite of that loss... I am still the greatest champion of all time. Did you think I would rescind my claim after one loss? If you did, you're a damn fool! Because history remains history, and skills remain skills. I may not win every match, but I am still the greatest champion of all time. I may not come out of every scuffle without a few scars, but I am still the greatest champion of all time. So don't fly that flag too high. Over 6 years I have been consistent and been able to constantly raise and re-raise my level to compete with the best. I am the model of constant improvement.
