Mostly the second part, but from what I understand, she's supposed to be pretty powerful as well.

Not really.

But innate DW, multi hitters, a high atk passive boost, ignore getting killed, etc helps.

Totally worth the early RNG fail in the chamber. Went into Wise by accident (was trying to hit Masters for the T1 and 2 mats for WoL 6* in a few years when he's finally available). Ended up getting confused when I saw a green giancryst drop. Only one more support giancryst for Ramza now!

Edit: This was a very productive break. Did 2 energy refreshes, in addition to the accidental support, I got 1 tech and 1 power giancryst (so 3 across 16 or so runs). Gumi did say that Xon impacts giancryst drops, but even so that's still incredibly lucky.

So, I took a look at the new FF14 units...
Yda is a combo unit...and that's about it. TM's a budget Quick Assault, though, so that's nice.

The mage has her Agas and some Astral spells that boost her Mag. Also has double Black. Her TM is actually pretty great, since it gives MAG and HP.

I mean, if you don't even have Chiz...Yda could do cause of her damage and breaks. Otherwise, meh.

The Mage is only ok for now, but gets better once her enhancements hit.

I'm starting to believe the theory that they're holding off on all of the gamechanging units/upgrades in global, so it'll probably be months/years before we see WoL 6*, Rikku, and Ramza enhancements

Kind of.

We will see by the next batch of enhancements. (Cecil+Refia=Close to WoL and Tilith *6.)

My theory was that they may hold off Ramza anywhere between Lunera and Roy who share the same job.

I can't wait for Tilith to come back. I love healers, and once she hits 6* she'll be the best for a long time (unless they mess with the schedule more and toss Ayaka at us early, which at this rate doesn't seem all that unlikely).

I hope not since that would be squandering the people who invested in the BF-banner. >_> (Plus, once Ramza gets his enhancements I might not even need Tilith or Ayaka eventually.)

My reasoning behind my last post is that we have all noteworthy healers pre-Ayaka anyone would pull for. (Besides Aria.)

Same with tanks until Mystair for magic aoe. They will try milking for Wilhelm during the raid, but afterwards there is no reason.

Unless of course they really, really, really want us to get Charlotte *6 before that.

Edit: A nightmare thought: Since Tidus was not on this banner he might be on the swimsuit banner because water theme on an otherwise sucky banner. >_>

Tidus is going to be back during the Rikku banner though, no sense pulling hard on a trash banner when the only unit of note is the 5* (kind of like this one)

Just stumbled across Tidus' enhancements for Quick Trick. I think that pretty much makes up for the lack of natural imperil. Good heavens. Now I'm glad I'll end up drawing 4 of him while pulling for Rikku.
