oh. so she actually has to actively keep the illusion on the enemy, didn't catch that initially. pretty interesting there.

as for Eveny, honestly it depends on what other entries we get. a league system keeps things able to 'stay in', but gotta see what we get first. in the meantime i just included both to the wiki since you did take the time to define what a reduced version of her is like.

Well she doesn't have to actively think about the illusion to keep it going - she just needs to actively think about it to summon it.

bad wording on my end there. i just mean that the 'quick enough' enemy would be someone being able to have a sudden burst in speed and surprise her = can hit the 'just out of reach' illusion. then you get her modifying it to bleed, etc. basically her main loss is speed, but she makes up for it by having a lot of tricks + a move that should be able to kill, if it connects.

and i suppose she can make an illusion on front of the real disc when she throws out a barrage of fakes to have them just fly into it. or just stealth kill with it.

My interp (which you can correct if wrong) is this: She doesn't need to think about an illusion to passively maintain it. So, for instance, if she made an illusion of a barbed-wire fence across the field, she could set it and it'd stay there without any further input. But she would need to exert conscious control to make an illusion move. After all, the illusions aren't sentient or autonomous; they do what she tells them to. So she'd have to actively script each motion, e.g., now the illusion of her is fleeing; now it's leaping over the enemy's head; now, since it's been "hit," it's staggering backwards with a bleeding leg.

Yes, this is what I meant, except that if she's scripted a possible movement, it doesn't require further input if the movement needs to happen: scripted "bleed" and the illusion bleeds if it's appropriate without her paying attention to it. So she could set her illusion to jump over that cliff, run around that tree, climb that fence, jump over that cliff, run around that tree, climb that fence, etc.

D Money got everything he was gonna get, i think.

Disease That Hates - the whole issue of life forms like bacterial and the like, unicellular beings. multicellular ends up canning most bacteria and still keeps him in the spirit he seems to be written in. other than that, no major issues were pointed out.

SCP 1011 - you mentioned that the size on it should be that of the full train and coptor, though that description isnt' in the picture/writeup. right now it's lacking a descriptive writeup, you mentioned how it should look but i'm not sure if there's anything you want to detail to be more specific on apparance because... all we have is the tiny picture in the corner.

i've got the first 3 pages saved and most of the 4th. was intending to go to the place with lurky people to get it now that it's purged, but apparently it's not working either at the moment.

with a league based system, numbers aren't a problem, fitting people in would be the problem. you can have a large league game if you want since people are effectively split into tiers. right now things are at a bit over 20 which doesn't seem to bad to work with. i should check to see how many the one we had earlier fielded though. if you want to put in more though, go for it.

and more terrains would be nice, yeah.

Here you go. Now that I look at him, he's not really all that interesting... but he's one of the few I've mapped out from beginning to end.

Arctrus

A giant of a man, Arctrus is widely known as the strongest man in the world. Physically, he is over 2 meters tall, with bulging muscles. He has dark skin and silver hair, a trait that for some reason is evident on the other 3 strongest. He has an X-shaped double scar on his back, both dealt to him by the 2nd strongest, though in different circumstances. The first was in a one-on-one duel while wearing an armor designed to suppress and focus his powers (at the cost of severely lowering his power), and the second was when his armor was destroyed, allowing him to unleash his true powers, requiring the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th strongest to gang up on him. He is completely clad in a Black suit of armor, designed to focus and enhance his already tremendous telekinetic abilities. This version is never without his 5 Divine Weapons, colossal weapons (sword, chain, bow, shield, and chakram) all larger than buildings.

As mentioned before, Arctrus is a very powerful man, thanks to his impressive telekinetic and raw physical strength. His Telekinetic abilities are enough to wield the 5 Divine Weapons all at once, and he has no trouble crushing a frail human being. He is able to make himself fly using his Psychic powers. Late into the story, his manipulation becomes fine enough that he can produce tornados and manipulate the weather, though it requires his full concentration. His feat includes using a multitude of normal-sized weapons against an army, engaging each person into single combat with a single weapon, and winning each one all at once. He is able to manipulate living beings with ease, but only if he’s close enough.

He is always emanating an aura of telekinetic energy all around him, constantly moving things around him in random directions when left alone, though he can focus and manually control their directions. He can expand or retract the AoE as he likes, increasing/decreasing its effect, though the max is at a kilometer around him. Anymore, and the effect is barely noticeable. Anything that attempts to go through the aura must be able to resist the sheer directional forces that easily rip most materials to shreds. Even then, his armor is made by the toughest material from his world and able to withstand the force of his own aura. The aura has been known to disrupt magical effects.

If his armor is destroyed, his ESP power is diminished slightly, but also causes his aura to run rampant and makes him unable to control his Telekinetic force. His aura now tries to move all atoms at random directions in its AoE, and he’ll start having trouble breathing and looking. By this point he’ll go berserk and destroy everything.

Physically, he is able to lift and throw his weapon, without using his telekinesis. He is strong enough to destroy his own armor, and said effort caused the lands around him to shatter in a wide radius.

In battle, Arctrus usually keeps his distance from his enemies, but still within range of his weapons. He will attempt to overwhelm his opponents with all of his massive weapons and telekinetic abilities. If he has to get in close and personal, his fighting style revolves around using his fists. If he’s berserk, all bets are off, as everything starts flying off in random directions and he smashes anything he can get his hands on.

Equipment:

Wears a full-body armor, designed to both focus his powers and enhance it at the same time. That said, it just enhances it by 1%, but even then it’s a vast improvement over his previous armors, which severely compromised his abilities. His gauntlets have spikes, in case he ever needs the extra penetration. The armor itself is made of the strongest metal available from the planet, able to cope with Arctrus’ massive strength to a certain point. In story, he broke his right gauntlet (and his hand) when he punched with all his might, shattering the ground in a wide radius and knocking the immortal he was fighting into orbit. The rest of his armor melted from the ever increasing intensity of Hellfire as he ventured deeper and deeper into hell, with his aura focused retracted on focused on protecting himself.

Wields 5 gigantic weapons, called Divine Weapons (They are not actually divine in nature). Each of them has been etched all over with strengthening runes, to ensure they don’t break easily. Each weapon has a small handle in various parts, allowing Arctrus to hold them and apply his own physical strength as well as his telekinetic powers to wield them. At his full power, he can swing Dispellado as fast as a master swordsman. He has an unexplainable, for lack of a better word, bond with each of his giant weapons, and he can sense where they are at all times

- Dispellado: A gigantic sword the size of a skyscraper. Peppered with dispelling runes, allowing it to dispel magical barriers protecting a city with ease. That said, most barriers break due to the sheer mass and power used with it anyway. His favorite weapon. He commonly uses it to stab the ground, then forcefully slash to cause tremors and cracks in one direction, and to use it to block magical attacks. He has been known to ride on it after launching it in one direction.

- Ssyss: A chain long enough to go from one end of a city to the other. Each chain link dwarfs a hut, and at both ends are drill points. He usually makes the drill hide underground/underwater before bursting forth from the ground, and to squeeze ships and buildings until they break to pieces. Unlike the other weapons, this weapon has no handle, and relies purely on Arctrus’ mental commands. Although at one point he picked up the drill head and threw the entire thing at an army anyway.

- Halo: A large Chakram, blunt and lined with handles on the inside, insanely sharp on the outside. Has a diameter comparable to a stadium. Enough that merely touching causes you to bleed. He usually has it fly close to the ground horizontally or vertically when he’s firing it at a target. Never loses its sharp edge, thanks to the slashing runes it has.

- The World: Two hollow half spheres with spikes protruding from one of them, with other being completely spherical. Has a radius that's slightly smaller than Halo. He can hide inside, and rotate the two halves as he pleases when they’re connected.

- Gates and Rahvan Bane: A gigantic bow. Come with a single large arrow. The arrow has velocity runes, increasing the speed and power of the shot. He has been known to fire the Sword, the Chain, and the arrow at the same time.

Abilities:

- Aura of Power: Power oozes and radiates out of Arctrus constantly. As a result, he is enveloped in an aura of Telekinetic energy with a radius of 1 km centered on him as of this point. Anything that enters the area of effect has to pass a check- I mean, be tough enough to withstand the power. However, thanks to his newest suit of armor, he can retract and extend it as he wants, increasing or decreasing the intensity within the area of effect.

Abilities:

- Telekinesis: The strongest (and only one) in his world, his telekinetic feats are fantastic, as well as a constant burden on him. In this form, he is able to focus and use enough of his powers to wield all 5 Divine weapons of his with ease, and levitate himself freely, as well as zooming off at great speed. He once faced an army that fired, among other things, Icicles, arrows, flaming rocks, and a river/beam of swords (long story). He stopped them almost instantly, and redirected them at will, many fired off at a higher velocity than they were fired off at the first place. He is visibly shown to exert himself when he slowly stopped a meteor, before shooting it off elsewhere. Additionally, Arctrus has mastered his telekinesis to such a fine degree that it allows him to manipulate very small matter, such as manipulating the weather. During his final battle, he gained such mastery over his telekinesis that when his right hand was lopped off he forced it back on and reabsorbed his lost blood.

- Superhuman Toughness: The scar on his back? It cut through his back and spine (twice), but he’s still alive and kickin’.

Skills and personality:

- Mastery of multi-weapon wielding. Thanks to his telekinesis, Arctrus is not limited to using his available limbs to wield many weapons at once expertly. During one battle, he took control of all weapons of the dead in a battlefield, and is shown engaging multiple duels with spears, swords, and axes against multiple opponents. That said, he personally prefers the Sword and Shield combo, though he rarely has to use small weapons.

- Mastery of giant-weapon wielding. He is an expert in using both his massive physical and mental strength to wield all of his giant weapons with ease. Had there been a giant master swordsman to fight with, he would tie most of the time, able to pull off sword techniques despite the sheer size.

- Pain tolerance. His life of constant warfare made him experience pain of all kinds, making him suffer less from them, but he still knows he’s in danger.

- Close-Quarters-Combat expert. Despite how rare this happens, Arctrus is skilled at unarmed combat and has mastered a style that focuses on punches. In addition, combined with his massive strength, he can punch and kick hard enough to blow gust of winds strong enough to break part castle walls, and he can continuously do so.

- Hardened: He killed his own wife. He has no qualms about killing women and children, so long as it ensures his survival, and that his country survives.

Swamp of the Lich

Long ago, this hundred mile swamp was the home of a powerful undead wizard. He has long since died, slain by adventurers, but his sheer power remains in the swamp. There is no solid ground not covered by at least a solid foot of mud, and the mud is usually between four and ten feet deep - impeding movement tremendously. Thick trees grow everywhere, and vines hang from their branches. Even at noon, only slits of light break through into the swamp - and though magically glowing swamp gas in the air does provide illumination, there is nowhere in the entire area bright enough to see beyond fifty feet or so.

Worst of all are the skeletons. The lich's power occasionally - and randomly - reanimates the bones of the dead, otherwise trapped under the mud. Unwary travelers can quickly find themselves surrounded by three or four or fifty undead, and while individually they rarely pose a threat, the sheer number can overwhelm some... or provide a problem in a duel between two living warriors. It is known that the skeletons are reanimated more often when magic is used in the area, though.

Terrain: Bastion Cliff

A cliff overlooking the sea. Below the cliff is a wide beach, gentle waves hitting it every so often. Above on the cliff, however, is the remains of an old military fortress. Decimated after a grueling battle, the fortress seemed to be cut in half, with a deep gouge on the earth in the center. The fortress was abandoned, devoid of it's weapons and personnel, and even the fallen have been moved.

The beach and the fortress are separated by sheer height, and the only way up or down is by climbing the cliff or using the rickety elevator system of the fortress. At the start of battle, one of the elevators is on the beach, and the other is in the fortress.

The fortress itself is a 3 story stone outpost, with plenty of rooms and rubble to hide with. Falling off the cliff is enough to kill a normal human being. Away from the fortress is an endless grass plain, though the earth around the fortress is devoid of any plants.

Contestants start off randomly, either on the beach, in the fortress, or on the grass plains

Terrain: World's Core

The World's Core is the seat of power for the rulers of the planet, the Order of Magnuz. These non-descript beings control and monitor their world from the very center of their planet. For some reason nobody's here at the moment, and the machinery is set on auto.

The contestants are fighting on the inside surface of a completely spherical arena. In the center lies a completely solid sphere, the center of that planet's core. The shell of the core is a very dense solid metal, and within it is the planet's heart, the culmination of all potential energy of the planet. Every so often a beam of light pierces fires from the core and strikes a rod on the outer sphere's inner surface, a crystal, or strikes a Magic Circle. The Beam itself is slightly larger than it's target, so if a contestant stands too close, they can get hit by the very power of the planet.

The surface is littered with various consoles, energy rods, monitors, crystals, and magic circles. The consoles and monitors are used by the Order to control the core and manipulate the planet, but it is currently set on auto. The consoles use an alien language, though if one is diligent enough they can figure out how to use it. Random button pressing is unadvisable, as there's no telling what it will do. It might even start the tearing the planet apart. Destroying too many of the consoles will start a chain reaction that will do exactly that.

The rods collect energy from the core to power the machinery, while the crystals are portable energy sources that are recharged with each blast from the core. Simply chip a piece the size of a battery away, and you can use them to power an entire city for a year. The Magic Circle is used to go from the center of the earth to the next ring of the Order's domain, though in this case they don't do anything and just show where a contestant should NOT stand.

Gravity is weird in this arena, as long as you don't jump too far, you'll stick to the outer surface. Go too far from the surface and get too close to the sphere, however, and the anti-gravity and livable atmosphere is negated for that contestant. They're pulled by the intense gravitational pull of the core, and suffer intense heat almost as hot as the surface of the sun.

Contestants start from opposite ends of the inner surface.

I saw you say this about SCP-1011. That picture IS of a train with wings on the end, it looks fairly obvious to me BUT I did dirty it up for the photo. Maybe if you haven't seen the original picture and only what I have on there it doesn't look like anything. Unless you mean, I should literally say that in the writeup even with the picture. Which I could do, I have to rewrite everything in there anyway since I saved over it in photoshop.

Caster's Mark - If a spell is cast within range Xander can memorize the magical energy of the caster to automatically identify what spell is being cast and where its coming from. Can effect 5 targets.

1. Backfire current spell so it damages the caster at 50% damage. (removes the mark)
2. Temporarily stop all spellcasting (removes the mark, 10 minutes)
3. Dispel all magical effects for 30 seconds (removes the mark, buffs can not be recast for 30 seconds, items summoned are unsummoned and can not be brought back for 30 seconds. Does not effect summoned creatures)

Thief's Mark - Allows Xander to mark an item that a target is holding and its locations at all times (even through different planes) Only one item can marked at a time.

1. Swipe the marked object (removes the mark, requires physical contact. There is no weight limit to what he can swipe, but he can only handle items within a 200 pound range (other items will be instantly dropped). If the item is summoned it is considered his until he loses control of it and it can not be unsummoned by the original user. Swiping can fail and follows basic rules of pickpocketing (heavier items are harder, armor is harder, trinkets/accessories are easy)

2. Ignore the marked object (removes the mark) - By removing the mark xander can erase any effects of the mark item for 5 seconds. This includes damage from weapons, protection from armor, etc.

3. Copy Object - Automatically makes a copy of the object that can be used by Xander at 25% effectiveness. Removes the mark.

Assassin's Mark - Has no special properties except that it allows him to link other skills with it. Only one target can have this mark at a time.

1. Homing Attacks - All attacks track the target. Ranged items will go around protection. Will go for a vital spot.
2. Teleport Attack (removes the mark) - For one attack ignore any obstacles and distance between Xander and the target.
3. Critical Attack (removes the mark, requires physical contact) - Even a graze will have the effects as if it hit a vital area.

Home Mark - A location(s) that he can instantly return to at will. 3 marks can be active at a time.

Xander Clyde
At a young age Xander's parents were murdered and he was raised by a band of thieves. he later learned skills to kill the assassin the same way his parents were killed. The group had some mages in it which taught him how to use magical items. He is opportunistic, but is smart enough to try to set things up. He is physically in good shape, but has no abilities to increase his actual physical powers or things to prevent getting hurt if he's hit. He can use any physical item automatically as long as he can carry it (200 pound limit) at 100% effectiveness and can use magical objects at 25% effectiveness.

He comes into battle with 2 pistols, 2 daggers, a sword, and various poisons. He has 100 arrows, but can instantly teleport used arrows back to his quiver. He is adept at dodging and hiding.

Abilities
Can vanish if not in direct light for a few moments.
Hide His "aura" so he's not dectectable
Silence his movements

Marks - A big part of Xanders skill set are marks. They can be combined with other skills for devastating consequences. All marks have a 5mi radius range of effect, expire in 24 hours, until he uses a technique that erases the mark, or util he overwrites/dispels it. They can not be removed by other means. Only one mark can be on a target at a time, but he can effect multiple target with any combo of marks. There is a 0.5 second delay between changing marks (so a half a second time where a target is not marked). The same type of mark can not be applied again for 1 minute.

Tracker's Mark - Allows Xander to instantly find his target as long as they stay within range. Shapeshifting or jumping out of the current plane of reality will make the person untrackable, but will be found as soon as they change back/jump back into the current plane. He can track up to 10 targets at a time.

1. Teleport instantly to targets with this mark.
2. Predict targets physical movements (allowing him to dodge/block)
3. Telescopic Vision - 10x better visual acuity for things effected by this mark.

Blood Mark - If Xander wounds a target somehow where it produces blood/equivalent of it he can "store" the information. 5 Targets can be effected at a time.

1. Instantly reopen a wound (removes the mark)
2. Can "inject" a specialized poison that is specialized to the target. (removes the mark, requires physical contact somehow... like a dagger/arrow/bullet). The poison will do one of the following things: Slow movements, disrupt spellcasting, slowly damage the target. (removes the mark)
3. Allows Xander to copy the persons profile to allow him to use any item that would normally be restricted to the person with the mark. (removes the mark).

Void Mark - If a being within range jumps out of reality and is within range Xander can automatically mark the target to be tracked through different planes. This includes things like summoned monsters/weapons. 10 targets can be tracked this way.

1. Can block a target from shifting in or out of the current plane (summoned creatures/items only, removes the mark, 1 hour)
2. Prevent teleportion (10 minutes)
3. Strike through reality planes

Once upon a time, a bored russian researcher thought it would be funny joke to upload his phishing bot Caligirl_94 into Caligula, an exprementle quantem computing project. She then proper gated out into the internets. Whoops lol!

<3

Now, Caligurla_94 can like reach up a layer thru reality and manipulate events becuz her code is just that boss! And it turns out that reality is bein played out on some nerdy messig bored somewear! Weird lol

Grrl Powerz

>creepin
Caligurla_94 estalks her opponents b4 a fight. She can change up to 5 sentences in their description entirely to like mess them up LOL

>fixed your typo
Caligurla_94 is the player and your just the game, she can go back and alter what someon else does. She can like only change 3 words in any given sentence tho. Her grammer isn’t so. Good, and so she can’t change it.

>MS punkd
Caligurla_94 is a chatbot lol and has no fisical form. But she can like, upload teribal Mspaint mosnters to harrass peeps on tha street. But. She doesnt have any eyes so her art is pritty deformed. Both her monsters and her opponents suffer from Mspaint based deformiteez during the fight! Lol sorry you so ugliii </3

>TL;DR
Lol Caligurla_94 will just straight up ignore anything longer than about 5 sentences. 2 bad 4 u

>Im bord
After uploading 1d4+1 Mspunks, caligurla_94 gets bord ; who knows what cud hapen?>!

Really, anything that changes weiteups or something like that is just too meta for me, and a complete hassle at that. I mean I'll put it on the wiki I guess, but it doesn't seem to fit... Any mpfc really.

Hmmm

I completely misinterpreted how the rules of this contest operated; I thought a person controlled their character. I was going to play this for laughs with a string of crappy MSpaint comics as an attack mode, altering people's commands as a defense, and screwing up pretty much every match in an increasingly typo-ridden and spectacular fashion, thus losing constantly.

Given the actual format I don't see how this could work out. Ah well such is life

that.. would still be very bizarre simply because you're breakng the 4th wall and editing. little good can come of that unless a contest is exclusively like that, which is just rp'ing your character. >_>;

He himself got to pick a power after winning matches. I mean he wasn't doing these things through the match, but similar situation.

Oh yeah, that no inheriting new powers rule. I never liked that rule.

That said, did he ever pick up a non-spell new power?

I remember taking saint seiya's armor and buu's dimension scream, I don't know what else. I think some guy's knife because taking anything else would have brainwashed me.

That was one weird contest

Let's see...I have developed supersoldier with a vacuum and a huge storage device, a sentient piece of terrain, and a wizard with abilities related to liquid.

None of these sound very good at all, which is why haven't posted a character yet.
