Ok, so after re-reading some things since our last update, the odds that the "Spider-Man/Woman" was not involved are close to zero.

Now, I don't remember the exact details of the gun in the cafeteria during the first night were, but I think I remember that there was a gun placed in a seemingly unreachable location that was supposed to drop at a certain time, only for it to be taken before then.

I also remember that Ryoko was never confirmed to have been seen by anyone during the first night. I can personally confirm these people:

- Maria
- KP
- Reg
- Justin
- Silver
- Spiral
- Biscuit
- Sceptile
- Dexter

Including myself and SSBM, that leaves these as people who I cannot confirm making a public appearance during that night:

- Solfadore
- Shados
- Kanz
- Tom
- Ryoko

I saw Solfadore, Shados, and Kanz during the second night when Ryoko went missing, but I never saw them return to their rooms via their door when I was in the dorm hallway

Keep in mind, KCF, that after the first night I inspected the vents and everyone's was untampered with EXCEPT for Ryoko's. We glossed over this before because it was stated she was too fat to fit inside the vents, but, in retrospect, this should have made us immediately realize something was up.

tell me what your roles are right now and I can confirm them during the next trial phase (once my investigation ends), although since we weren't able to do it all publicly it's not going to be an air-tight claim since of course there's always the possibility that I could be lying about something (not saying I plan on doing that, just pointing out the fact that a public daytime action is a more airtight alibi than something I do at night which I then report to you guys but it doesn't come directly from Haguile). it's still better than nothing.

oh and if you lie I'll know, so don't try lying. I've already got a method in place.

Alright. Assuming Tom isn't lying (which I'll know by the time I post my official list), I have confirmed roles on everyone except for dexter, KCF, Scep, and shados. I believe one of these four is either the poisoner and/or the serial killer (if there is no poisoner role, the crime defaults to being committed by the serial killer). With two of them already being dead, the two who are alive have no reason not to claim right now unless they themselves are the poisoner/serial killer.

I'm also going to be investigating who had access to the store and will post that in easy list form as well come tomorrow (I'm going to be on this list since I ordered some stuff on night 2 or 3, I'll elaborate on what I ordered tomorrow if it comes to that. I've already shown J_C my items ahead of time so he will be able to vouch for me if needed), so if we're not satisfied with the verdict the first list gives us we can explore who might have ordered the poison from the store.

With the day almost coming to a close, this is about all I've got to say on the matter.

I tried to bait Ryoko into taking an action so I could force a response PM and started to get really nervous once time was getting close (I actually thought she had already killed me and I just didn't know it yet). Wish I had been smart enough to change my vote.

Which means we have to be really careful here because everyone in the game now has at least one strike. If we don't get both culprits correct, EVERYONE loses.

Without any evidence right now I'm going to give my gut instincts on the murders

Dexter = No Culprit. Easy, he was mauled by the lion.
Ryoko = KCF is the Spider-Man and killed Ryoko, stashed her somewhere in the vents. It is too damn fishy that he's been establishing an alibi for himself intentionally every night and also claims that he was 'unable to pick up his trophy' . . . Yeah right, total BS. He was just trying to protect his role.
Biscuit = I almost want to say (and I may have mentioned this earlier since I've been thinking it) that Sceptile or Dexter is the poisoner. One of them is most likely to be the Serial Killer and I think they poisoned the food before they did. Simple as that.
