She may have been hiding on the second floor, but that doesn't mean she was up there the entire time.

Also, consider this; Me and Justin were talking about in this topic going up to the second floor to investigate the women's changing room. If she was hiding in there originally, why would she PM Haguile a night action to stay in the women's changing room?

Instead, let's say she sends Haguile a PM saying 'okay, get back into the vents and hide before they get up to the second floor'

only, once she gets into the vents, the water from the wave machine crushes her.

Eh, I dunno. It sounds kind of ridiculous now that I'm putting it into words. Also, KCF, if you were really standing watch all the time can you tell me during what time I left and returned to my room on Night 2?

I think she originally intended to kill me and dumb luck got the best of her somehow or outside circumstances.

She's on the 2nd floor and can just hide in the Girls' changing room. Why go through the trouble of going back in the vents? Besides, you guys were stuck there for hours. You would've smelled her dead body.

Besides (and this is when I realize we were all really stupid), WHY HIDE IN THE FIRST PLACE? Nobody had any idea of the 'missing people' trial. So before Reg and Ryoko went missing, hiding wasn't actually advantageous to anyone, really. She must have had other plans.

Pretty sure I posted this, though I know Haguile can't confirm whether this is true one way or the other.

After Biscuit knocked you out cold, he stole everything you had then went back to his room. As you were beaten up by him, you fall unconscious for a while...but then a loud noise wakes you up. It wasn't that loud at all, but it was enough to bring you back to reality. It was...a bullet. A single, never fired before bullet. This was surely not here before or else you would have noticed. It's just beside the air vents, staring at you like an ominous sign of things to come.

The bullet had dropped into your room during the night at some point. It wasn't fired. It was DROPPED. What the hell.

Also, if the wave machine was used I'd have probably gotten a bit of water with the bullet.

. . . You actually raise a good point. Okay well, as I said, I was unable to find her corpse in the changing room and I didn't SEE her anywhere in the vents (that doesn't mean she wasn't in there. we took the surfboard right up to the second floor automatically so there's a lot of vent area I did not get to explore).

Alternate theory; someone actually, seriously, DID kill her and stashed her body/disposed of it somehow and is playing the rest of us.

Who?
- KCF is really the Spider-Man (without a trophy?) and stashed her in the vents. Anyone could have retrieved the gun after the fire started as long as they were the Spider-Man.
- Regaro and Ryoko both went disappearing on the same night. Coincidence? If Regaro fed Ryoko to his lion, it would make sense that it smelled like chocolate. Maybe he told us that beforehand to throw suspicion off himself?
- Spiral tossed her body in the incinerator and threw away the key; not only does he have the only key BUT he is the only person who confirms the existence of the Spider-Man. Now I've been going along assuming it was true this whole time but Justin has been swearing to me that he believes there is no actual Spider-Man role (AND I never found a trophy for one, although Ryoko's fat girl trophy was present)
- Solfadore: his boats can be used to access the vents and. . . I dunno. Just kept telling me he thought it was Solfadore so I figure I might as well put this here. It seems like his alibis check out though.
- Kanzaris can run faster than the rest of us, meaning that any time that he was checked into or out of a place by someone, he actually had much more time to go other places and do other things than we would have assumed. Additionally, he tried to hide the fact that this was his role. If that aspect of the role had something to do with the murder. . .?

Not saying I specifically doubt any one of you, these are just some theories I came up with off the top of my head. Although right now I'm really not liking KCF (my earlier gut feeling + him claiming that he couldn't get his trophy).

I don't have the key. I was knocked unconscious by Biscuit and had everything stolen, including it from me the night Ryoko went mia.

Oh that's right. Fair enough. At this point I don't think it was you anyway. I have a good idea of who I believe the scummy players to be and the trustworthy ones to be.

I find it difficult to believe Shados hasn't taken advantage of SSBM's room at all, by the way.

Speaking of shados, him and KCF have wormed their way out of claiming for far too long now. If they are innocent now is the time when they absolutely MUST claim, otherwise we all die.

Anyone who doesn't claim at this point, I am considering to be a culprit in at least one of the murders.

I fully agree with Maria on this point: KCF and Shados MUST claim. I would add that we should avoid both of them claiming the same role; as such, they should claim in private - I would suggest to me, since I'm confirmed to be innocent (re: my post above).

(Not really, since the solution to Dexter's death is obvious, and Ryoko's killer would only get one strike if s/he guessed the wrong person as Biscuit's killer.)

As a true detective I absolutely refuse to just lay down and die because we are in a difficult position. In fact, if I can help it, all of us except the culprit will survive until the next day phase. I honestly think we have stumbled onto some pretty good leads here.

Dexter = No Culprit (that's 1 out of 3 we have already all got correct)
Ryoko = Okay, this is sort of messy but I feel like we've narrowed it down to a few people who could have possibly done it.
Biscuit = This one is tricky too but I think if we find out who the Serial Killer is, we find the culprit to this murder.

Ultimately even if we only find the correct solution to Dexter and Biscuit definitively, that still drastically improves our chances for survival if we can just solve the Ryoko murder.

Also, of note we've gotten multiple of the same items, so our serial killer probably started the game with cyanide and was given extra through the trophy. I think we're making too much of this and should look at this logically.

For Ryoko's death, we want Spiderman

For Biscuit's death, we want the Serial Killer who may or may not have been Dexter, but couldn't have been any of the role-confirmeds, SSBM, or Sceptile based on the fact that they were smart enough to wipe fingerprints

Since it seems we're at sort of a halt right now (very few of the players in the hot seat are actually around), I'm going to watch some more marimite and possibly head to bed. Hopefully there will be some more stuff to look over tomorrow.

Just for that Biscuit I'm doing the Jericho pin on you after this trial.

I believe Ryoko was the Spider Woman. Following that, her death was near impossible by normal means. It was very likely an accident or events she couldn't control that ultimately lead to her death. I don't believe someone here was responsible for it. Biscuit on the other hand, just damn.

You couldn't get into Silver's room (while he was alive)
and you COULD get into Ryoko's room yesterday

assuming you can only claim things from people who are already dead this would confirm Scept as the Serial Killer and confirm Ryoko as being dead before yesterday (shattering all of our assumptions that we came up with over this entire trial phase)

I'm sort of hoping this ISN'T the case because I'm working on another weird theory right now (which sounds kind of nuts though).

I don't know the stipulations on it as I didn't know it existed until yesterday. Silver and Regaro likely know more about it than me as they're the ones that found the information on it.
