I was hiding in the gym last night since I figured after the whisper I got yesterday I was a dead man walking. Situated myself behind the bleachers. I received no results of hearing so much as one footstep last night, and considering how quiet and large the gym is, I would have at least heard an echo or seen something. My arms and legs are pretty messed up, but my eyes are working just fine.

As a note Biscuit, your actions aren't going to work, unless something is very off. So you shouldn't even bother.

And on another note, Spiral, the reason I want to wait until tomorrow is the lack of a night phase today. This day is pretty much a lost day for me, regrettably.

Now, besides that, anything else you want to do besides posturing, gentlemen? You can't convict me. The prints will prove me innocent, there is no chain of events that can be followed to conclusively prove I am the Spiderman, and killing also does not fit my actions so far. I am not revealing my title because I'd rather save the information for when it matters. You can waste the day trying to twist facts into making me the Spiderman, or you can use it productively. If you want to collectively lose your free strike/die and make murder rampant, feel free. It's your loss, not mine. I don't need a stronger defense than 'you have no facts'.

Yeah, but then you'll lose too. If you're going to play stupidly instead of playing to win, I might as well amke sure you go down for it. It's not like you'll walk away a winner out of this - either you accrue a strike for tunnelling and nobody else pays attention, you kill me and accrue a strike anyway, or you look at the results and apologize profusely for your posturing when you had no proof. Two of those scenarios favor me and only one doesn't. I'll take it.

No need to, when the evidence is nonexistant. You simply do not have a link between me and Ryoko. You've checked out every possible way I could have killed her and it's turned up negative. Unless you believe I had some form of magic at my disposal, there is, quite simply, no way I could have gotten close to Ryoko. That's it.

Regaro: Go to the Trophy Room


Kanzaris goes to the trophy room to retrieve his trophy. He keeps its plaque hidden from everybody else. Then he goes take care of all basic needs.

Solfadore leaves his room with his 2-meter ruler to act as a crutch/stick. He makes his way towards the trophy room.

Biscuit:

Regaro goes the trophy room, somewhat bored. He meets up with Solfadore and the two high five, because they are watching something wicked. That is to say Kanz takes out his trophy from the display, but Biscuit goes up to him.

"Hey," says Biscuit, in a manly voice. "Show me your trophy."

"No," says Kanz. "I'm taking this secret with me to my grave."

"As you wish," says Biscuit wildly.

Biscuit then swings his bat against Kanz, who just barely escapes. Kanz ability kicks in and he starts to run away, but Biscuit's wild swing managed to make Kanz drop the trophy. Kanz escapes the trophy room uninjured, but without his trophy. Biscuit picks up the trophy and starts to sing.

"LOOOOOK IN MY EEYEEEEEES WHAT DO YOU SEEEEEEE THE CULT OF PERSONA--oh hey so this is a trophy for...running? And there's a pair of shoes inside. Cool. Those shoes make you run faster? Huh. Awesome?"


Justin visually inspects the wax all over and around his vent to check for any signs of anyone touching it.

No sign of anything like that.

Regaro: Claim my Trophy while everybody else watches

Regaro claims his "Super High School Level Lion Tamer" trophy. The trophy has a...strange cyborg kit in it, with a note attached to it.

"Hello, this is monobear. See I wasn't sure what the hell to give to a freaking lion tamer so I just gave this cyborg kit. You can use it on a living lion to transform it into a freaking cyborg so you can put your brain in it and become like the Reglion or whatever. But your lion is dead so screw you, you missed out.


Solfadore claims his trophy and returns it to his room.

Solfadore claims the super high school level inflatable boat master trophy. It's a f****** huge trophy. Inside it there is...an inflatable boat...an AMAZING inflatable boat. It's the Mona Lisa of inflatable boats.

Justin goes to the trophy room and grabs the trophy related to being a super spy. He then attempts to retrieve any object from it and holds it up to the camera.

Justin tries to grab the spy trophy and fails miserably, with a feeling similar to the one he gets when he tries to open a door for a room that doesn't belong to him>.

Biscuit:
I go get breakfast at the cafeteria.
Biscuit goes to get breakfast in the cafeteria. He grabs a biscuit and some bottled water. He eats the biscuit, takes a sip of water, then dies violently.

BISCUIT HAS BEEN DAY KILLED--POISON STRIKES!

--Note: Even those who haven't been touching food as part of their actions were part of the RNG for this. Biscuit just happened to roll the number while still having an action. People who already had canned food were not taken in consideration for the random roll.
--Notes about how Biscuit's murder will be understood by the game at the end of this post.

Also Maria and KP get the serial killer trophy traded in. The serial killer trophy still has all its poison inside it, which is...important, I'd say. Also Maria flashes her "Super High School Level CSI" trophy to everyone and...an extra fingerprint thing drops from the trophy. Well lucky you, you can run one more fingerprint test per time period now!

KP tries to walk into Ryoko's room...and gets knocked out cold. There were no chemical reactions involved in this. It looks as though Monobear brainwashed KP so that every time he tries to open a door that doesn't belong to him, he passes out. He continues passed out for a few hours.(Continued at 15:00)

Maria:

Go into Justin's room with Solfadore and have Solf boost me and Justin up into the vents. Wait for Justin to go first so he can check the wax he put in the vents.
Investigate the vents hub area above the dorms, checking around for fingerprints up here to see who might have been up inside the vents and left a trace behind.
Drop down into Ryoko's room and Investigate with Justin watching from the vents. Check around for fingerprints as well as hair or DNA evidence that the culprit might have unknowingly left behind (unless he was smart enough to wear a hair net I have a feeling I may find a hair!). Search the room for Ryoko's corpse as well, and search the bathroom, under the bed, etc. Leave no stone unturned.
Make the results public.
Once I have finished searching, move aside and let Justin down so he can search the room as well.


Justin props his door open for Solfadore and Maria and goes into the vents with Maria after being boosted by Solfadore's boat.

Justin and Maria try to go through the vents to go to Ryoko's room, imagining that the only thing separating everyone from Spider-man was a ladder. Naturally, this was not the case, as the two soon found out. Once they got inside the dangerously vertical vent, they fall through it. It's a ridiculous vent architecture that Monobear created and challenges all laws conceived by man. Like it technically works but Jesus Christ it looks like he built it specifically so it could only be used by Spider Man. Justin and Maria are currently stuck inside a very small compartment at the bottom of a V shapped slope. Naturally, they can't just climb back up. The place is just barely big enough(horizontally) for the two of them to remain seated, but it's ridiculously big vertically.
All looks lost, but not quite, because Maria's detective instincts realize two important things. One, the layouts of the vents were so ridiculously complicated that anyone who is not spider-man would have a ridiculous time getting in. Two, since Justin was stuck in there, then neither Justin nor Maria can be Spider-Man, as if they were, they wouldn't be stuck. But what about being stuck? Well, see, that small place they are in? It's not completely empty. There's something that Maria doesn't notice...no one would normally see it. But Justin does. Because even though it's so dirty it's almost camuflaged with the rest of the ridiculously evil vents. It's...a wave machine.

"Listen up chick, this is so rad that radical numbers would go "this s*** is too intense for me," dig that?" said Justin, wicked cool as usual.

"...What."

"This is a machine that creates waves. According to what it says here, there should be a few other machines that create waves...and there's a button here," he said, cringing. "It says "insert key to activate radical mode."

"Well, we are out of luck then," said Maria, shrugging.

"Not quite," said Justin, pulling out a key. "I found this inside my trophy like 3 days ago or so. RAD ISN'T IT?"

Reg grabs his pillowcase, goes to the cafeteria, and gets as much canned/sealed nonperishable food as he can fit in his makeshift bag.

Reg does so, and sees Biscuit's corpse. Wow. That kinda sucks. He gets some canned food, but...does he have the guts to eat it?

Silverliner goes to the cafeteria and gets some safe canned food to eat.
Yeah uh, about that..
Silverliner also presents their trophy to everyone. Public results.
Silver presents his Super High School Level Alchemist trophy to everyone.

Solfadore heads for the cafeteria with his stock of canned food. He eats there and replenishes his stock, again taking care not to take anything that could have been poisoned.
Yeah this cafeteria is becoming depressing. You look at Biscuit's corpse and you're like "dude."

Solfadore heads to the A/V room to check the cameras. If possible, he rewinds the tape back to 7:00 to find out what Silver was doing at that time. Results private.
Solfadore also tries to see if he can't find Ryoko through the cameras.

No signs of Ryoko or anything suspicious from Silver. Dude looks clean.


Silverliner goes to his dorm.

Solfadore returns to his room and reads a book he got last night.

Silverliner waits in his room and see who can come in/who enters. Make sure the door is locked beforehand.

KCF screams "TOO BAD" at you.

KP wakes up and he's like "damn. Oh hey door is open now. INVESTIGATION TIME!" Then he notices his condition is worsening. Ouch. Looks like the electric shock didn't help him much. That health kit can't get there soon enough for KP. At that moment, Monobear appears!

"Hello KP. You found out your special skill of sorts. See, you are so insignificant you can be pretty much anything. Sort of like the joker card. The wildcard. At the same time though, I'll warn you. Don't think you have an overpowered skill.

First, as you probably already know, this didn't work during the first few days of the game. It activated after you went to the trophy room. Second, there's something you absolutely cannot do, and if you do, you'll automatically die. Oh no way in hell I'm telling you what that is though.

So yes, your life kind of sucks. BYE.

KP is like "whatever" and investigates Ryoko's room. She's definitely not there. But he does find one piece of paper, however. It's hard to read what it said because there's chocolate all over it(DAMN IT RYOKO) but the contents are...interesting, to say the least.

This is what it says(*** are used to cover chocolate stains)

"I hid the key that ********* *** *** ***** from the first floor to the second floor inside SSBM's room. Oh, and I blocked *** *** ***** in SSBM's room so there's that. If you want to ***** *** ***** ** *** ****** *****..you know what to do.

But of course, this would also **** ***** ******* out *** are *** ****** fat."

IT IS NOW TRIAL PHASE! WE'LL HAVE SOME VERY SPECIAL RULES BECAUSE OF SOME STUPID CIRCUMSTANCES!

--First, we'll have a 48 (real life, not in game) hour trial on Dexter and Ryoko's life/death status. Please vote indicating your opinion on both. If you neglect to vote, I'll assume you voted "Irish Dance" as a response, which is clearly not the right answer to a yes or no question. After this part is done with, we'll have a trial on the murders(of any of the above two, if they are found dead, and Biscuit's death).

--Both Ryoko and Dexter(If alive but still not found for Biscuit's trial) have to vote for the trial for Biscuit's trial. This is how this is going to work: Their votes will be considered "Phantom Votes" and will not affect the majority of votes. Their votes will be pm'd to me(if they are alive that is) and I'll reveal those votes here.

In other words, say 6 people vote on Colonel Mustard as the killer and 6 people vote on Mr. Blue as the killer. Ryoko and Dexter's votes on Colonel Mustard would not count as the majority, due to being phantom votes, and the "majority kills during vote" rule would kill Mr. Blue.

In other words, Ryoko and Dexter pm me their votes if they are alive, I tell you about their votes.

--For the Dexter/Ryoko trial, it's very simple. There's no majority rule here. You simply vote alive/dead for both of them. You'll get a strike if you are wrong and won't get a strike if you are right.

--For the Dexter/Ryoko trial, though the time limit is 48 hours, we'll end it and move on to the Murder trial if everyone gets their votes in.

--For the murder trial, we'll have another 48 hours, and the majority rule will still occur. The trial will end as soon as everyone has voted or all forty eight hours have passed.

Now...we STILL have stuff to cover because this update was more ridiculous than I thought it would be. See, Justin and Maria are alive, as Solfadore could test out by screaming in the vents and hearing their answer. So there's no mystery. But they can't attend the trial. So they'll attend the trial via SPECIAL RADIO. Monobear dropped two radios there. So in other words, their characters are still stuck inside the vents, but they can still talk and vote during the trial.

More importantly, JUSTIN AND MARIA CAN MAKE ACTIONS DURING THE TRIAL. That is to say, Maria, who didn't get to do her fingerprint analysis before due to not getting into Ryoko's room, can probably run them now...if she can get back to her room. Her and Justin have the length of the entire trial to start acting like crazy and trying to get out. They'll get the results of their actions after the Dexter/Ryoko trial ends.

In other words, Justin, Maria, you have until the Dexter/Ryoko trial ends if you want to be heroes and try to get evidence to find Biscuit's killer.

...And you have no idea how to do that since you are pretty much stuck in the middle of nowhere. But hey, have fun!
