Haguile, when Dexter investigated the "Stairs to Floor 2", was it to be the 3:57 staircase or the 2nd staircase? The map isn't too clear to indicate which is which.

It could have something to do with what Haguile said. That going into the sauna would be bad for someone. You put a fat suit in an environment like that, you could literally kill the person wearing it. She'd have to take it off, she'd be busted. That's neither here nor there though.

...Well now that's...interesting.

The book says that KP somehow survived two island homicide things by being so bland that he somehow escaped death. The book says this:

From the info I got, the killer "really, really loves cyanide". Serial killer are known to be psychologically unsound or imbalanced. The guy could have had some sort of particular reaction. Some kind of twitch, maybe?

why in the world would I try to kill someone who HAS A GUN when I have no weapon

I'm just going to try and talk her down honestly since if she is up there she ought to know by this point that uh, since she hasn't killed anyone yet (just tried to force us to take strikes), there's not actually anything we can do to punish her.

if I kill her then I become a murderer and risk getting executed which I am not about to do. this game is too damn risky as is, there's very little benefit to trying to kill someone in this game. I mean, look how easily we were able to pin Sceptile's murder on him.

okay well the point is I'm not foolish enough to try and kill someone who has a gun when I am unarmed, and hopefully she's not foolish enough to just shoot me when it means she will surely be executed for it. I'm really hoping she doesn't just kill me out of spite or something, or due to feeling cornered, but then again if I'm too scared to go up there and look we'll never know. so yeah.

The whole Ryoko question really boils down to whether or not she is Spiderwoman. If she is, she's alive. If she's not, she's dead (killed by Spidey). I'm leaning towards the "Ryoko is alive and Spidey" theory.

--> Nobody was seen leaving her room with her corpse in their arms.
--> Which means Spidey must have carried her back through the vents towards the 2nd floor.
--> BUT: Haguile said the air duct system was almost impossible to navigate. Spidey can make it, sure, but not by carrying Ryoko's corpse around.
--> Plus: her vent was unscrewed (Maria noticed this during her investigation of the rooms the day prior to which Ryoko disappeared). Would fit w/ her being Spidey.

If she's Spidey, that means there's no realistic way for her to die unless Reg's lion ate her. But then we would have seen some blood - and none of those who went to the 2nd floor last night, including me, saw any. So she's alive.

REGARDING DEXTER: I think you all forgot one very important detail. If you recall, there was a "Super High-School Level Zombie" in the roles Haguile provided before the game started. Whoever had the role had an amazing capacity at playing dead. Obviously, none of us had any time yesterday to double-check Dexter's body for a pulse, since we all wanted to get the **** out of the 2nd floor. Which means Dexter might still be alive.

We're investigating the upstairs area to confirm Dexter's death status/investigate his corpse (so we can be sure the lion did it), checking both of the changing rooms, checking the lion to see if there's a chance that it was fed Ryoko, checking the trophies downstairs to see what the remaining roles in the game are for the unconfirmed people and also checking the vending machine to see who could have possibly ordered poison from it to kill Biscuit with

additionally, I'm doing an autopsy on Biscuit's corpse and checking the food he ate for fingerprints to see if the poisoner left a trace


is there anything else you guys can think of that you want us to do, since me and Justin are the only ones getting a "night phase" during the trial? for example if you can think of a good way to trace the person who poisoned Biscuit, now would be a time to share that idea.

I suggest JC goes to the A/V room and rewatches the tapes for past days to figure out Ryoko's private actions. Also check to see if someone had the opportunity to poison the food. JC doesn't need to be there with you, and we need all the info we can get.

I can't get info on how much shirt he had left though because I was apparently more worried about my lion <_< Somebody check that.

I dunno if you saw me ask this earlier Silver but I'll ask again. How many knives were missing when you went to take one last night?

When I went the previous night there were two missing. The one KP took on day 1 and the one that Solfadore took on day 2 or 3 (can't remember which). I just want to see who in the game could potentially have a knife. Right now it looks like me, you, KP, and Solf all have knives, although KP's is more like a sword. There should have been 3 missing when you took yours.

Mine is in my bathroom right now. I can show it to Justin to confirm at the end of our night phase if anyone wants.

Can't you use the private baths to get a hint here? Or am I getting your 'night phase' wrong?

The ???? reveals a strange door. Once inside it, you notice that it almost looks like the public baths. Almost, but not quite. There's a big sign saying ''PRIVATE BATHS.''
When you begin to wonder what the hell that means, Monobear explains it.

"WELCOME TO THE PRIVATE BATHS! Well, I'll explain how it works. See, a minimum of two and a maximum of four people can be inside it at once. Five minutes after the first person enters the PRIVATE BATHS, the door automatically closes from behind and remains locked for one hour, trapping its members inside. If there's only one person inside the PRIVATE BATHS then, this person dies. In case you are wondering, yes, locking a person inside it alone counts as murder. Why would you want to come here? Well, because coming here gives you a MONOBEAR PRESENT! This present can vary from hints to items. The more people that come here at once, the better the hint/prize!
Well, since so many of you came to investigate this room, I'll give you three special hints!

One, this place only works at night. You can't come in during the day.
Two, the first person to enter the private baths can choose to set the baths to "free" or "restricted." Free allows people to enter the baths however they wish. Restricted forbids them from bringing anything into the baths, which means no weapons, no anything that could hurt people outside your own fists.
Three, there were originally sixteen players in this game. There are fifteen individual trophies in the trophy room. Does that mean we don't have a prize for being a Joker in a place where everyone is a high card...or does that that the joker..."

'k, since we've made some progress re: Ryoko and Dexter, let's just clarify what Maria and JC ought to be doing with their free action. I say Maria investigates Biscuit's death (cause of death is almost certainly cyanide, but it's good to check anyway) and then the food and water for traces of cyanide. If the cyanide was in the water, she tests the bottle for fingerprints.

I suggest JC heads towards the A/C room and publicly checks the previous day's tapes for any indication of someone poisoning the food and water (specifically: what Biscuit ate). We most probably won't find anything - since the killer would have to be really stupid to poison food/water during the day - but it's good to confirm.

If you can, JC, specify in your action that you're pausing the video at the end of each day, surveying the layout of the food/water as best you can (we only really care about the specific cookie/bottle that Biscuit took), and then try to see if the layout's changed the following morning. Things might get a bit iffy with the camera angles, but it's worth a try.

If we know which night the food was poisoned, we'll get a heads' up towards the killer's identity. We'll just have to get a list of all people who left their room and the time at which they came back. There shouldn't be that many suspects.

One last thing: nobody is clear. Anyone could have ordered some cyanide through the school store and tried to frame the Serial killer. My gut tells me the culprit is indeed the Serial killer (since Haguile went through the trouble of having me find a book on them last night when all I did was investigate some rooms), but we shouldn't make any assumptions. Biscuit's murderer can also be Sceptile, SSBM or Dexter, even though they're dead.

Also Maria and KP get the serial killer trophy traded in. The serial killer trophy still has all its poison inside it, which is...important, I'd say.




It seems like the poisoner either ordered poison from the store at some point, OR it was Sceptile and he poisoned the food on the very first day. And we've been lucky enough that nobody died from it until now. Especially considering the item inside of my trophy was an extra fingerprint testing kit, it isn't out of the question that Sceptile already had cyanide to begin with and the one inside his trophy was an extra one.

Why though? I mean they risk being seen going to the vending machine at night or even during the day despite everyone not knowing what they ordered, it just seems like they're risking themselves for no good reason when poison is right in front of them. It was probably placed earlier.

That's what I'm thinking. Scept probably poisoned the food on the first night, since this is apparently based on a RNG, it just took this long for someone to eat something that happened to be poisoned.
