For those who didn't see the first topic, let me try and sum it up. Basically, this game is currently being translated by orenroren, the LPer, and it's pretty awesome. "PW meets Battle Royale" pretty much sums it up and it has its fair share of twists. The plot is pretty damn awesome so far. All updates are in the first post of the SA topic.
Right now, it's currently in Phase 2 of Chapter 2. Oh yeah, and it also just updated.

I know that Togami is going to die or break down eventually, but man he's my favorite character so far. He's just such an unapologetic dick it's actually kinda funny. I hope the game doesn't make him the killer, even though the cable cord thing kind of points toward him...
It updated this afternoon but OK. You kinda have me following this to the point where I'm refreshing periodically throughout the day hoping for an update. >__>
*CASE 2 SPOILERS*
Yeah, pretty sure Togami's the killer on this one, unfortunately. Because of the cord and the lack of scissors. Though I wonder why he showed Naegi the dead people's cards, if that's the case....

Honestly I'm still not sure who the killer is this trial.
*SPOILERS* (why do we not have spoiler tags here, again?)
Evidence points towards this being a murder in the male changing room, and since whoever did it bothered to change the location of the crime scene I assume the killer is a boy -- if she was a girl why would she change it to the female changing room? I'm gonna guess either Hagakure or Togami, but I wouldn't be surprised by one of the two bros either. We don't really have enough evidence though, it seems like.
I think it's pretty obvious that the culprit is Mondo, the gang leader, at this point. At first I was doubting Togami, but now I'm pretty convinced the killer is Mondo.
Mondo as the killer makes sense, though then the issue of him knowing about the crucifixions comes into play. I'm still leaning toward Togami, though not nearly as much as I was earlier. I suppose it could be fortune teller dude who's been playing really dumb this whole time. And despite how nonsensical it would be, I feel like Asahina was acting extremely suspicious this update.

I'm hoping/thinking that Fukawa's Syo but framed by Togami, Togami just framed her because he's an ass and wants to solve the mystery but didn't commit the crime, and it's someone else.

Isn't that the whole point of the game? I would assume that would be fine.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, framing someone and getting them wrongly convicted would technically count as murdering every other living player left, so I REALLY don't think that counts.

Knowing the way the Monobear is talking about who's to blame for this game, I would think he'd argue that people not voting for the correct killer would be all the other players' fault. So in his eyes, successfully framing someone isn't the framer's problem.

Whoa, I never even thought about that. I just kinda assumed she was something like Super High-School Level Detective, and didn't want to disclose what she was so she wasn't killed. But that makes a ton of sense.

Why Togami doctored the crime scene is obvious. The real culprit is going to be forced into a position where their knowledge of the actual crime scene is going to be the only thing that can bail them out/allow them to place suspicion on someone else. The catch is the moment they try to use it the question of how they know he doctored the scene comes up.
Maybe that's why he brought over Naegi, especially after the last trial.
Also, I heard this joke in the SA thread, but it's great. Someone said that Kirigiri is a Super High-School Level ???. Like...LITERALLY a Super High-School Level ???. Her talent is being really damn mysterious. So great.
Kirigiri might be Genocider Syo, but she seems too stable for that. Who knows, though.

From: Pikachu 025 | Posted: 1/18/2012 2:49:32 AM | #028 Except why would anyone else believe Togami?
Because he has the files to the Genocider Syo thing. If he plays his cards right, that should be enough evidence. Of course, regardless of what he does, Naegi is gonna have to be the one to reveal the whole thing based on gameplay but, yeah.
Also there's a decent chance he had the writer girl with him as his witness that he legitimately doctored the scene.

Based on what she said about "maybe having already lost something" I assume she's looking for someone who may or may not have gotten killed already.
Maybe that's why he brought over Naegi, especially after the last trial.
Bingo. There's no Togami's word against the culprit's, and it makes no sense he and Naegi both would lie when one of them would assuredly die.(Only the culprit graduates.) He's using Naegi as his insurance policy, especially since his credibility is going to be dirt after he admits he tampered with the scene the way he did regardless of his ego.
Also, remember the rule about the furnace room? The clothes of Chi's that have gone missing couldn't have been tossed in the furnace because of the rules set in place to watch it. They're still in the school somewhere, though it's not like Monobear really gave them time to look but it's a good bet they're hidden in the culprit's room. Also, the clothes were taken because I believe they'd reveal Chi was male, and reveal the deception behind the male/female room switch.
Before we get into this, let's take into account a couple of things.
1. Togami spent a lot of time in the library, so much so he made a habit of getting rid of anyone who came in. 2. The latest update confirms Chi is very likely male.
What I believe happened is that the culprit killed Chi in the male changing room. The obvious mo there is to pull a switcheroo and make it look like only a female could have killed him. What I think happened after is this. Togami found the body, recognized the cord used to hold Chi up. He takes advantage of the situation and immediately places Syo's mark on the wall, setting his plan into motion. He realizes the culprit has to have gone into the library, more importantly the room with those classified files which is his main reason for placing the mark.
Having set up the bait, he gives the culprit an ideal out, all they need to do is to go into that room, take the aforementioned file and they can place the blame on Syo. What they don't realize is that with Togami having been in the library all the time, the only way they could have known the file was there was by having been in the room before, giving them the opportunity to take the cord as well. He uses Naegi(like I mentioned before) to prove the existence of the file itself, and simply waits for the trial for the killer to pull out the file, at which point he can put the screws into them and end it. Like clockwork, fat boy has already told Naegi he has decisive evidence, and the file just happens to go missing.
And by having been in the room before, I mean night time when Togami hasn't been around, giving them the opportunity to have killed Chi which looks very bad for them.
We don't know, but since I don't think Togami would bother putting it back every day, we can probably assume it was plugged in in the library at the time of the murder.
Two things I've been thinking about are who would have a secret worth killing over, and who's going to be killers/victims. If Hall Monitor is ever going to be a killer, this has gotta be it, and It's going to be something unbelievably stupid, like one time he let a kid off the hook on purpose or something.

Monobear is Syo, who has DID. This explains his erratic behavior and how he wants everyone to live in peace, while simultaneously wanting the students to kill each other to graduate. It also fits the white/black motive of the character design.
As for the case, book girl is acting strange because she had a loved one who was killed by Syo. Her famous book's "sailor" is actually her dead boyfriend.
Ashiana knows something. The whole,"That's impossible!" In reference to Togami claiming Syo killed Chi was pretty telling, not to mention her demanding evidence. She either took the file or knows who did.
