While in there, she accidentally got tangled up on the training equipment, and the dumb bell, being on the shelf, fell on to her head. Then Monobear comes and transports her to the other room, because she's not supposed to be in the boys' locker room, and her being there will make the integrity of Monobear look bad. The only 'unexpected' thing that happened was Togami being more of a boss than we could have imagined. That doesn't mean it's bad. I've loved the trial so far.
