Azp2k32 01/03/12 10:30:00 AM #9:	Fierce Diety Link's power is hard to quantify without a whole lot of defined power levels in the Zelda world or even the ability to draw a proper comparison between Majora's power and FD Link's, but regardless I'm still inclined to default to Samus if only including main characters simply due to her technological advantage. If not limited to main characters, Giygas seems to be a competitor but I don't know much about his specifics. He probably takes it thanks to weird future exploits and the nature of his existence. Pokemon are weird (assuming we're counting them) - the Pokedex gives crazy-ass feats for even basic Pokemon, and Arceus is said to be the creator of everything... but I'm not sure how he'd do in a fight. He was in one MPFC and he lost in Round 1 to Vergil from Devil May Cry. If we're just talking the Smash Bros. cast, let's see... - Bowser tanks an inordinate amount of things but is very inconsistent. - Falcon is a normal dude that people assume is a GALAXY BUSTER because of some silly anime video. - Ganondorf is a moderately powerful sorcerer who has the caveat of not being able to be killed by anything other than the Master Sword. Good thing there's other ways of winning a fight than killing! - Link's strongest showing is probably Fierce Deity, yeah, but it's tough to gauge how strong he is. He can easily destroy any of the bosses, including Majora's Mask, and there's some speculation that he has a connection with Majora's Mask. Beyond that it's tough to say. Base Link is just a dude with loads of nifty equipment. - No clue on Lucas. - Mewtwo might be high-tier if we're taking the anime into account with the whole MASSIVE MINDRAPE scenario, but I think game Mewtwo has fewer showings. Still, he's up there. - Ness is tough to gauge. He gets a "boost from the planet" which doesn't seem to mean much even in context. Bowser with Star Rod could technically beat anything by wishing it away, but Bowser is an idiot. Majora has a ton of undefined powers, but Majora is crazy so the odds of it using said powers are small. The final boss of Fire Emblem 10 has the same Ganondorf stipulation AND doesn't suck at killing things outside of that, but it's apathetic at best about giving an effort.
