He's got the full support of all his minions, and he's almost always got at least the Triforce of Power, which means he has a source of divine power. Given time, he could probably take Samus out too. She commonly gets beaten on by Ridley, who by all means is just... a dragon thing, but it's not like he even has to breathe fire to hurt her, it's usually as simple as slap her with his claws. Any nonhuman Ganon form's physically stronger than Ridley. That, and who knows if it resists magic well or not. Lightning Strikes 01/03/12 2:16:00 PM #78:	There's quite a few Nintendo characters who are literally gods, like Arceus, the Goddesses, the Wise One, Super Dimentio, two particular characters from Xenoblade Chronicles... Of course, most of those have fairly vague limits to their power. That also goes for the cosmic horrors like Giygas. It's hard to say how powerful they are, or if they can even be quantified in terms of power. But Ganondorf's pretty powerful. He was blowing up city's in TP and pretty much singlehandedly conquered an entire country on several occasions. The final boss of Skyward Sword may be even stronger.
