Cross-Examination ~ Allegro 2004 Protagonist Miles Edgeworth The Golden Court (L-3) Pursuit Turning It All Around Phoenix/Iris Ryunosuke Naruhodo - I was kind of worried that he'd just be a Phoenix clone, but they're honestly not that much alike aside from both being defense attorneys. Ryunosuke isn't just "believe no matter what" and "bluff until you figure it out" guy. Great Ace Attorney's main thing with him is just to constantly put him in ethical dilemmas and see what he'll do, and he consistently impressed me with how he handled it. The one thing he and Phoenix have in common is that they sweat a lot. Must be genetics. I've got a couple of ideas in my head that I've never written down. One is a crossover with Metal Gear Solid, and another is a crossover with Haruhi Suzumiya, believe it or not. I really loved the slow realization as you're defending him that he's definitely guilty (re-examining the omnibus after the recess is such a great "whoa" moment if you notice what changed) and there's nothing you can do to stop him from getting away with it. It's a shame they kill him off right afterwards, but I guess they had to drive home the concept of the Reaper's Curse and that was a great way to do it.
