Doomtrain did what most summons do: Get booted. However, he also had by far the best performance by a summon last year, one that might never be topped. Of course, due to the radical extremes of his last two finishes and his small resume overall, Doomtrain goes way off the tracks, falling from 49.77% to 40.62%, plummeting from 43rd all the way to 69th, right between Barret and Garland.

The numbers are the same in the New Era STATS, except Doomtrain's placement drops from 49th to 67th.

For the first nine years of this contest, you could count on Auron to consistently finish up near the top. He had 6 top 25s, 5 top tens, 2 finals appearances, and 1 championship. It's been a bit of a struggle since then. He only has one top ten finish and three top 25 finishes overall in the last ten contests. It always felt unlikely that he'd ever get booted though, but here he is. Which is more embarrassing: Getting booted or losing the finals to Lulu? Tough call, really.

With this placement, Auron drops from 71.53% to 68.03% in the STATS, falling from 14th to 18th place. The fall in the New Era STATS is even more precipitous due to the smaller sample size and relative lack of success. There, Auron slides from 65.28% to 55.24%, dropping from 25th place to 40th place.

Oh, well no I don't need it, but I didn't mind helping out. Like I said, I realized it wasn't really hurting me or anything since all it meant is I wouldn't be saving Mog myself, but he'd still be getting a save through me. But if you're not in trouble of not making saves, I think it might be best to see if you can find someone else. I would still want to get Layle second hour and with rounds being short I can't necessarily guarantee I'd always get a second hour (which is why I want to make sure to cover both Gau saves right away).

I never said I've never used it. I've been in Discord because of NCAA stuff, and I used to go in there in the early days during football season when games were on.

I have no real desire to use it now though.
