Anyway looked at all enhancements I was remotely interested in

For X-Death, Tidus, Agrias, Gafgarion, Gilgamesh, Kuja, and Snow (and Vanille but she has no demands)...

I need:

Black 5x5
Support 5x7 (really 4-- think even fully enhanced Battle Roar still kinda sucks considering Tidus has +60% all stats)
Power 5x24
Tech5 x9

Not that bad. Maybe the Luka enhancements at a stretch for +4 Healing and +1 Support but I'm still kinda hoping we get Minwu and I can slot him in as the healer. Or maybe I'll just go with attempting to not have a full blown healer and use Agrias

All in all not having gotten any of the Purecrysts from the egg thing could've been worse, since I don't seem to have much interest in like half of em. (Do wish I'd at least gotten a damn power one though that's harsh)

Ugh, I've been trying to get the 4* moogle from the Ariana event and for the second time I got hit with a passive ability I neglected to removed from the party, right at the end of the fight

Considering they have a bunch of 80k mats in the shop, it should be quite a bit higher, or the rates for the special bosses should be higher than they are. I just ran ELT from 90 NRG, leveled, and ran ELT again until I was dry. Didn't encounter an increased drop monster once. 650 for ELT or 450 for Pro just doesn't cut it with those prices, even if you decide to only go for 1 or 2 of the purecrysts.

Getting about 200k on typical events isn't too hard with bonus units, particularly since this one has the decency to include Terra and Kefka. I'd really only be concerned if the amount of farm items went down.

Yeah, you just need to prioritize a bit more now. Assuming 200k is your goal, which is fairly reasonable I think, you can get:

- All 10 tickets
- 10% moogle
- 1 Purecryst
- 100 Gigantuars
- All exclusive gear

And still have 30k to play around with

The first day is always shit for grinding, because everyone's still building up their Terras.

3-4 days in, your Friends List is flooded with the units you need as people tweak and by then you might have an extra unit or two you need via daily.

I really wish they'd give us a 10% Moogle instead of the 5% for the same price, and 1%s for another outrageous price. Instead of getting 20% for 100k you get 10% for 80k if you're stupid enough to go for the 1%s.

Setzer's cursed card is outstanding. With it I should be able to go through ELT with 5 bonus units and not have to rely on a Noctis friend using Fire Flask.

Yes. Power and Support are the two you want to focus on, in general.

He does make the event go a lot faster if you have a unit that can take down elite with his help. I can bring another Setzer or Trance Terra in as a companion instead of having to use that slot on a Noctis.

biggest travesty of all. that's almost 100k EXP lost.
that was the best EXP farming i've had. it's thanks to that i went from having a 3* Terra to a maxed out 5*, a Kefka go from almost done 4* to fully done 5*, Fryevia max out, and a number of 4*. best farm.


but hey, finally used up all my eggs.
6* Terra is done. bit over 600 magic

I'm pretty sure someone here has done the enhancements already, where did you get tier 1-3 mats? Is that just the chamber of gems, and if so, what's the return on them?

chamber of gems has an awful return.
honestly right now it looks like we just have one grind event, which isn't so bad. haven't had a real chance to look at the rewards but...

Returner seems meh. 10% MP, 5% ATK, 5% DEF
Warrior Mage looks better but still not great. 10% MP, 5% MAG, 5% SPR.
Beret looks good, 10% MAG, +10 DEF, +10 SPR. that's a good hat.
Tabby Suit's good, 10% HP, 10% MP, +30 DEF, +20 SPR. reasonable to equip it on someone who isn't focused on offense.

lol +15% MP for 15k.
lol +15% ATK for 35k.

fuck the 1% moogles, that's an awful gimmick.
purecrysts are the obvious grind but at 80k each it's... yeesh.


...and i see we lost all magecite and sacred crystals.
at least i grinded enough of the former to get Carbuncle up to 2*.
